FAIR – New York Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at FAIR – New York are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Day programming is scheduled, with evenings spent at home. Which of these is appropriate depends on an assessment, not on what sounds manageable at the time.

Both conditions are treated in parallel, which is what the research supports. Ask what a typical week involves before committing, since the schedule determines whether the program is workable alongside work or family.

FAIR – New York Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 1090 Saint Nicholas Avenue, New York, New York, 10032. The city lies within New York County. The site also serves the surrounding area, and anyone traveling in should confirm the route before setting out. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

It is worth calling first to confirm access, parking and the shape of a first visit. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

1331 St Nicholas Ave New York, NY 10033 United States. Manager Jose. I went to Shop Fair Supermarket to speak with the manager after a butcher treated me in a very rude and disrespectful manner over a simple question… about meat. Because I had observed similar behavior before, I believed it was appropriate to report the incident. Instead of listening to my concern, the manager, Jose, immediately accused me of having previously entered the store intoxicated and causing a disturbance. He made these accusations in front of other customers and employees. I repeatedly explained that he was confusing me with someone else. I told him that I do not drink alcohol and that he was making a serious mistake. Despite my efforts, he continued insisting that he had video evidence proving his accusations. I pleaded with him to review the surveillance footage because I was confident it would show that I was not the individual he was describing. Being falsely accused in public was humiliating. I became so overwhelmed that I cried in the store. I called the police in hopes that the matter could be resolved by reviewing the security footage. The officer advised me that it was not a criminal issue and that the manager could make those statements. This experience caused me emotional suffering, public humiliation, and great frustration because I was accused of something I did not do.

Be prepared on busy days from 3 to 6 PM... to be on line. Good vegetables and produce. Make sure to check any beef you purchase.

I used to shop there a lot when I first moved to the neighborhood, but I stopped going because they kept following me around ,and the meat and chicken prices were getting out of hand. However, today, I went for the… first time after a long while to get some items for a picnic, and I was followed the entire store. If you don't want people with personal tote bags, collect them at the entrance, instead of following them throughout the store. Keep in mind, I was putting everything in the shopping container they provide 🙃 IF YOU ARE YOUNG, TALL, OR DARK-SKIN, STAY AWAY FROM THERE BECAUSE YOU MIGHT BE A TARGET!!!

Nice Supermarket But Hallways Not Wide

I’m not rating market itself. I’m a truck driver and I had a delivery. People are nice. Nothing I can say bad about stuff It’s just a delivery there Is very challenging because it’s a street unload. They don’t have a… dock nor a forklift. That’s my only suggestion.

Imagine living locally and spending thousands of dollars supporting a supermarket that can act like your nothing. Yesterday, I paid for tissue and toilet paper I know in confidence I forgot it, so I went back knowing… they can even see I didn’t leave out with it. After 20 minutes and running surveillance back he to say he doesn’t know. It wasn’t serious but why would I a valued customer spending thousands why would I lie about $3.22? That was distasteful and there are other supermarkets in the area. Waiting long enough I re-purchased it before he even came back but they will they see a penny for me again. I will let everyone know about this. Thank you.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. It’s other grocery’s in the neighborhood where they treat you good and value your support. They are HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL and CRAZY in the manner how they talk to PAYING customers. I am saving you the… trouble of coming here because they think they are too good and are arrogant, this come directly from the manager. I had never been disrespected like that in a store before as a paying customer with CASH to the point that I am shocked. I truly felt discriminated against because I don’t appear Dominican but I am. The manager came to me and disrespected me, he has no knowledge of how to manage business operations or how to maintain client relations. He said he could talk to me however he wants and that he doesn’t need my business because “he defending the business” … HUHHH ??? Not only is he disrespectful to you he trains his staff to disrespect you as well. He closed earlier because it “was a special day” without giving proper announcements he just said “it’s closer come to the front” no warning. If he was closed he should have had staff guarding the door or something blocking the entrance because he saw when I went in. The cashiers don’t know how to treat people with decency and are so RUDE, she wouldn’t allow me to get a juice because they had “closed”… no other supermarket does that they let you get a forgotten item. That’s where the manager jumped in our convo being nosy (chismoso). On top of this… the manager was arguing with me in front of other store patrons which you’re not supposed to do. I have over 7 YEARS exp in customer and client relations plus 3 degrees and they was rlly trying to argue with me. SMH he was aggressive because with he saw I was alone and I’m a girl. Do that to a man your size.

As someone who is always looking for better prices in this economy, this supermarket is NOT it! And I am concerned this supermarket is price gouging. The better priced supermarket in the area is Extra Jumbo by Antillana… located at 312 Audubon Ave. (Just a few blocks away). For example, Shop Fair charges $4.50/ per pound for beef liver and Extra Jumbo charges $2.99/ per pound. This is a whole $1.50 per pound more than what you have to pay for liver. FOR LIVER! Who the heck eats liver anyways?! I only buy it for my dogs! So I asked to speak with the manager just to point this out and other examples of their price gouging. When I tell you, he dismissed me like I was something he stepped on. He basically said this doesn't bother or concern them because they are doing well. Of course you're doing well! You're price gouging and making the poor people in the neighborhood pay extra! And they hide behind inflation when we are not experiencing inflation anymore! As much as I want to support latino owned businesses, I can no longer support this supermarket. Sadly, I will go to the Big Box stores like Target which is also nearby and way better prices! Just compare Gatorade prices with this supermarket and Target. You'll see! So if you want to save money, don't go here. I will also be reporting this supermarket to the Attorney General for price gouging.

Excellent place to shop! They have many specials, fresh produce, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I've been shopping there for over five years, although the owner used to be different, and I have absolutely… no complaints.

This is the second time I've bought chicken and it's been in bad condition. The chicken smells awful. I think the health department needs to do an inspection because this is the second time they've sold me spoiled meat.… They have terrible hygiene. 🤢🤢🤢 👎👎👎👎
