Forge Health of Greensburg – Greensburg Address, Location and Contact Information
The site is at 40 Huff Avenue in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, 15601. Westmoreland County covers this area. People travel in from the surrounding area, and confirming the route beforehand saves difficulty. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.
Phone ahead about parking, access and what the first appointment covers. If getting there is hard, ask about a remote first appointment. If the first call does not reach anyone, try again at a different time of day rather than assuming the service is closed.

Look for detail on how the first week went, how staff communicated and what support followed treatment.
I’ve been with Forge health for five years. I’ve been with them prior to them selling the building when the original owner passed away. The new owners and staff are amazing. They are friendly they are understanding they… are professional, and they will do any and everything they can to help you with any question you have. Majority of the time they’ve been able to handle everything that I’ve asked them to that I’ve needed help with. I can’t speak so highly on the previous owners. They were very unfriendly that absolutely no compassion so thank God for them selling the building. My doctor is Eric And he is beyond the best doctor. I’ve had here yet. I’ve had my fair share of doctors because this building has been quite of a revolving door, but I think it’s a good thing In a way because now I have a doctor that is Consistent and shows means stability which makes me comfortable. Thank Payton and Eric!! Katie McGrath
Forge Mental Health, well, in short, are very professional advocates. The doctor is great and listens. He is very knowledgeable and understands mental health disabilities. The therapist treating me is amazing as well.… Fortunately, upbeat, encouraging, and is a good outlet to talk to about past pain, heartache, loss, guilt, shame, hurt, and hangups. Forge employees don't judge you and they have a special knack of making you smile and feel better about yourself as well as your circumstances. They hold me accountable, and to be honest, I respect that. Forge Mental Health comes highly recommended.
I'm very happy with Cynthia she is a god sent she listens to everything and she makes me feel better about myself So Thank you Cynthia 🙏
Great people and staff , very professional, fast and friendly people. They really do care about you and all of you concerns and meet above and beyond your expectations for multiple needs. Best place i have found in over… 15 years of needing services!! Great job to the staff and all who work with in Forge Health!! Thank you 😊
Love zoom calls. I Don't have to go anywhere.
Horrific company. They will hang you out to dry if they can’t get your billing up . Billing is what matters at forge health, not the patients needs
I met a Trauma therapist that I really liked there and the appointments came quick. I’ve struggled a long time without services. We had a one hour appointment on the telehealth. On the next appointment our second… appointment the first one was basically intake. I was told that I needed to sign up for this nine hour a week telehealth program or I was not going to be able to be seen there I said one hour week was all I could commit to at this time in my life. I’m in a lot of transition time is the least thing I have so I guess I was let go after that now I’m not gonna have a trauma therapist again.
Had services there. Was told there would be no copay. I was set up for one on one's, but on 6 consecutive times the day of a session. Sometimes an hour before my session was canceled. I rearranged my schedule weeks in… advance, took off work. And FORGES COUNSELOR canceled. Out of 7 scheduled sessions. 6 were canceled the day of. Who is going to reimburse me for lost wages???. There are several other issues i would like to discuss, but ill save it for another time.
Wonderful place to seek help when needed. Everyone has treated me with kindness and respect. The therapists are wonderful and the psychiatrist Dr. Eric is wonderful and accommodating in times of distress. Highly… recommend.
After not being in therapy for over two years I am only now getting emails and texts that I owe money after being told it was covered. I’ve been trying to reach someone for months and they all turn to dead ends. No one… answers or gets back to you but you get emails and texts that further action will be taken. Absolute horrible business.
Set an appointment last week . Living right outside WESTMORELAND co. They were closer to me and was given an appointment. Literally one hour before the appointment they called and said I was canceled due to not being in… westmoreland. They should have known that when they set the appointment and took my address. Terrible customer service!
I started therapy during Covid. I was very happy with the counselors. However, after ending therapy two years ago, I keep getting notifications that I owe them money. I even have emails from the main office that I was… part of a program where I did not owe anything, and that I was free and clear. Now I am starting to get texts and emails that “further actions” will be taken if I do not pay. The original good that the therapy did is now completely undone by this financial nightmare from their business offices. Please, for your sanity, go somewhere else. Update: I have just received notice that the matter has been settled. I am adjusting my review to say again that the counseling was excellent.
I was a Intensive Outpatient here after rehab. They would let class out early at the half way point. They can charge for full session at this point. I kept asking about seeing someone about meds and I got the runaround.… They knew I needed to continue with what the Inpatient prescribed. When I was changing jobs I asked about stopping IOP and just seeing someone for my medications. I was discharged because I didn’t want to pay out-of-pocket for IOP. Now I am going through the state attorney general’s office disputing their bill. I don’t think a month was too much to ask.
Had been going to Forge for 7 months only to be told my insurance doesn’t cover telebehavioral health. So I reach out to my insurance and they say “we have no record of Forge calling us and don’t know where they got the… information that you aren’t covered.” I’ve sent three emails and left two messages for Tiffany and Megan at their billing team and have heard nothing back. I’ve gone weeks without care because of a clerical error and no one seems to care enough to fix it.
Derek is a truly remarkable individual whose passion for helping others is nothing short of inspiring. Derek’s commitment to uplifting others is a beacon of light, making a profound difference in the lives of many… seeking recovery.
very informative and just all around a great organization.
They are very helpful and truly care about people's Recovery
Terrible business. Told me I was covered by insurance, after the first session, then they immediately told me I owed and I would have to pay for it. Insurance didn’t cover it after all, The counselor had the information… that I had to pay before our session. (I do want to say I don't think it was the counselors fault, she was really great.) But after paying them off they kept sending me duplicate statements, finally a year and a half later it’s starting all over, more bills. Nobody will call you back on the phone. There’s no way to get this fixed. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is next. Stay clear of Forge.
Great topic. Very enlightening information.
