I have been very disappointed with my experience at Forge Health. As a patient, I have repeatedly tried to contact the office and have not received return calls. When you're seeking healthcare support, timely… communication is extremely important, and the lack of response has been both upsetting and concerning. Patients should not have to wonder whether their messages are being received or when they will hear back. I hope Forge Health improves its communication practices so that patients feel supported and informed during what can already be a stressful time. current patient, not getting any calls returned is very upset

When someone is stable on their medications and you just meet them why in the world would you just want to change it ? You want them to have a breakdown so they end up in the hospital? We'll thats not what I want for… someone !! How about listening to the person. And what they have been and go through!! You went to school to help people not to make them breakdown all because you want to take them off the medication they have been on for them to live a better day by day !!! Maybe you should get out of what you're practicing

As a former patient and those are the only people leaving reviews, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for support.

Completely unreliable and unprofessional from start to finish. If you're in a position of needing mental health assistance you'll have to look elsewhere. It was not only a waste of time it was a huge setback dealing… with this company. It was a sad and disheartening experience.

Kind, professional, and so helpful. I've been coming for a few months now and have never been to therapy before in my life. But look forward to it weekly. They also can be very flexible in person or online.

EDIT: I deleted this review and changed it from 1 to 2 stars as the director rectified the situation. She was super polite and understood my concerns. It's just sad that it may have taken until this review for my case… to get the office manager's attention. Especially when I emailed my therapist, telling her how neglected I felt, and was hoping she'd apologize and help, so we can move forward. I called her twice, called the office twice, and emailed my therapist. But it seems my email was left in her inbox and my calls in her voicemail box. So unfortunately, I cannot at this moment in good conscious say that I'd recommend therapy here. I can't trust them right now. Also I'm worried about another situation happening and another receptionist simply tells me there's nothing they can do again. Regardless, I'm thankful the office manager noticed my review and passed it along to the director to contact me. Thank you both sincerely. - Very irresponsible with medication management. I would never recommend this facility for therapy or medication as it's very apparent they're short-staffed. Never in my life have I had to remind my therapist 3 times for 3 weeks that Im low on medication and that I haven't been taking part of my medication since I ran out by the 2nd time I informed her. No appointment with a physician assistant, just a "I'll send a message to get your medication refilled." Thanks to this facility, I went from 125mg to 100mg to 0mg, and all I'm told is that there's nothing else they could do. Thanks guys!

They play games and mess around with you and your medications instead of listening to you and treating you properly or prescribing meds that are known to work for an individual. The therapy is fine but they need to take… what people say more seriously when it comes to medication!

If you’re seeking immediate help for counseling/mental health, be prepared to wait a long time to go through the Forge system of evaluation before being able to make an appointment or receiving treatment. I called and… asked for very specific experience and was promised that after filling out a long form and a review that I’d be able to make an appointment and I would absolutely be placed with a doctor with that experience. About 10 days later I find out I have to see a different person who would evaluate me for at least 4 visits and only then would I be able to see the doctor. If you are seeking immediate help go elsewhere. This type of system is not conducive for anyone who is seeking continuation of care and is horrible for anyone who is new to obtaining mental health help. It will add unnecessary stress. Find an independent doctor outside of this type of greedy inflexible corporate structure.
