GateHouse – Marietta

The staff are friendly and the house is beautiful. The only negative thing is I'm 4 hrs from home and I'm disappointed they won't provide a ride to the train station 7 miles away. Just to get to the train I now have to… ride 2 buses that will take 2 and 1/2 hrs. Im 52 so this isn't easy with all my belongings. If you plan on coming here make sure to have plenty of money for buses or Ubers because it's not close to anything. The rehab I came from told me this house was "in town", it's not, the men's house is. I would of given less stars but it wouldn't be fair to some of the employees who deserve 5 stars.

My time and experience at The Gatehouse Marietta has been invaluable. I have gained so much knowledge about myself through this process, and being here has solidified my determination and dedication to sobriety and my… personal recovery. The counselors and staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable, with someone on-hand and wanting to help whenever needed! My counselor, Virginia, was a God-send. Truly. She made me realize things about myself that I hadn't even been aware of, and we researched and learned together. She was there through every step, pushing me and helping me not only to grow, but to thrive! I feel stronger and more motivated about my life than I ever have, and I owe a lot of that to her guidance, understanding, and passion. The other counselors, Jamie, Tirtha, and Maria, are also equally as knowledgeable and helpful, leading passionate and educational groups for everyone. I realize now how much my stay here has contributed to an extremely bright and successful future. Thank you, Gatehouse Marietta!

i did 3 months at the gatehouse marietta. the staff is amazing. they truly care about your wellbeing. if you want a program that's going to challenge you mentally, physically and emotionally then this is the program for… you! saved my life. i will always recommend the gatehouse.

The Gatehouse program is very results driven and focused! I must say I truly found growth, humility, and grace residing here. The staff really care about the clients. The counseling staff is amazing! This was my first halfway house or experience period in fully recovering and working on myself. The staff have been so good to me and have helped me grow tremendously as well as helped me with seeing my flaws and… bettering myself to be a better person in being able to help others on their journey as well. I highly recommend gatehouse. Not to mention it's a mansion. We've all suffered long enough spoil yourself with a little luxury for once.

Going to this facility changed my life! The staff is wonderful and you can grow in your recovery through their program. If you're looking for a facility that genuinely cares, this is the one. They also make the holidays… not feel so lonely. It's like a big family. I am so grateful for everyone who took part in my recovery.

Gatehouse Marietta For Women has been real instrumental in my early recovery. The staff here is amazing they have helped me deal with some devastating issues that has kept me stuck for a very long time. I am very… grateful for the Gatehouse and everything thing it has given me all the tools and coping skills that will help me to continue to grow on my journey through recovery. My time spent at The GateHouse was life changing and helped me so much in the beginning of my recovery journey. The staff were amazing and helped me in more ways than they know, I miss them. My experience of The Gatehouse Marietta was both a life changing and educational program. I enjoyed living in a well structured environment as well as a safe environment.
