Good place for mental health help, one thing that needs to improve though, is the girls up front need to do better at answering the phone they sit in front of all day long. People have classes and meetings they need to… get to and I sometimes call 5 times within the hour or before my appointment and no answer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome Staff (With One Exception) I cannot say enough good things about the front reception area at Gateway to Success, Cindy and the whole crew up front are absolutely awesome! They are welcoming, helpful, and… always make you feel supported the second you walk through the door. Huge shout-out to the UA staff as well, they do a fantastic job and handle everything professionally. The only downside to my experience here is the instructor for the Tuesday morning class at 8:00a. To put it bluntly, he is completely in the wrong line of work. That being said, the administrative and support staff are so incredibly great at what they do that they still earn every bit of a 5-star review from me. Thank you, Cindy and team!

It seems like I just can't get any help from you guys because I kind I need to talk to someone face to face and nobody wants to help me so the guy that I talked to on Monday said if I needed anything to call or I could… come in and talk to someone but evidently he lied to me and my dad face-to-face so he is jeopardizing his own job cuz it seems like you guys do want me to lose my mind because you guys can't help me get scheduled with medical on sooner than the 19th and I think that's ridiculous so you guys think that everybody else is important more than me and I need to be on these medications before I lose my mind and you guys don't care you guys are refusing to come and get me from my appointment today because of because of no apparent reason I don't know what the reason is but you guys are going to make me walk out here in 92° weather today for my appointment and I think that is sickening because you guys are the ones that told me that if I have no transportation up there to call you guys and you guys would be willing to come and get me well then I guess I will walk up there if you guys are not going to come and get me even if I have to walk up there and even if it kills me I will still walk up there and neither do you guys cuz you guys don't care about us anyway but I would be glad to walk up there you guys won't even transfer me over to a supervisor so I can talk to them about what's going on so I can just see how it is with you guys so I guess I will just not worry about it I will just blow up you guys's phone tomorrow and till I get in contact with someone or because I'm not playing games anymore and I do not like to get lied too about what is going on I do not think that I'm getting any help from you guys at all cuz all you guys want to do is go backwards and that is what that guy wants to do the guy that I talked to today and all he wants to do is go backwards and not forward I don't know really what to do about that wow that's very unnecessary for you guys to tell me that I can't talk to anyone besides my point of contact because I have an appointment with you guys with the psychiatrist on the 18th and I am not even allowed to talk to her without my point of contact I think that's stupid and I'm not even allowed to even talk to the front desk without my point of contact well you guys are still refusing out to the psychiatrist to find out if she's going to be down there tomorrow or not you guys expect me to do you guys's job for you and call you guys tomorrow and say hey is she down there or not you know I called to find out if you know she went over the paperwork and you guys refused to tell me anything about that so I don't think she I don't believe she went over the paperwork so that means tomorrow I guess if she is down there if she is down there then I guess I will have to repeat myself to a point that I'm not going to be happy about it I'm not going to waste people's time to come down to my appointments if she's not going to be there that appointment that I had today was not what I was expecting there should not be any way to have a psychiatrist if she's going to be caulking attitude with people you know it's pretty sad that you guys don't want to see me succeed specially that lady that I'm seeing she doesn't want to see me succeed either everybody else is kicking me to the curb and giving me the finger so I don't see you guys want to help me and I don't think that lady wants to see me succeed either cuz she's kicking me the curb and giving me the finger as well I waited all day for someone to call me about my appointment and what happened to it this morning I waited all day for you guys to call me and nobody called me and then it turned out to be 6:00 and then it turned out to be 6:30 and then it turned out to be 7:00 and nobody has called me yet and it's already 7:30 so I guess you guys don't care where this goes where this goes I knew this was going to happen you know I come up there I walk up there every single time I have an appointment thanks nobody can give me a ride up there

Not happy with the care here! I just got done seeing the PC doctor (Audrey Gentile) and she was very disrespectful and lack compassion. I told her my concerns about gaining a bunch of weight from my psychiatric… medication bc those medications make me binge eat. Also, I informed her that I use to be 310 lbs as a teen due the depakote medicine I was on as a kid so gaining weight is a VERY SERIOUS CONCERN of mine and she just smirks at me and tells me there's nothing she can do. She just blames the medication but I'm just getting more depressed with my weight gain so does the medicine even help if it's causing all these side effects? It seems like these medicines are just creating more problems in my life and is making more more depressed but these doctors don't listen nor care! It's very unprofessional to do treat patients this way, it's very hurtful... This why people don't get help for mental health bc doctors like this! Also, scheduling appointments is difficult because I guess the front desk CAN'T schedule the appointments so all calls are redirected to another phone line for scheduling appointments. I have left 3 voicemails on that phone line and received no calls back to schedule a follow-up appointment. Don't go here, go somewhere else where they treat their patients with respect, compassion,

Difficult to get through to a human being, messages go unanswered. Indifference isn't a reassurance when trying to establish a trusting relationship between Gateway and the one who is suffering. (ME)

Staffing is great! The switch from zoom to teams was a terrible decision and the fact I have to go online to fill out paper work is ridiculous. Not very happy with recent decisions that have been made, but the staff is… great!

I was sent here by Parole.. Parole is paying… so I’ve got quite a bit of therapy to look forward to. Trying to keep an open mind and so far GTS has allowed me to do this… that’s saying a lot for something I’m not doing… voluntarily. 4 stars for how easy it is to go through the process, the friendliness of the staff, the availability of remote use of services, and straightforward answers to my questions.

I enjoy the classes, and I am learning more and more about myself and my reactions to past and present situations, both good and bad, and dealing with them appropriately.

Amazing! I always feel so cared for by every single staff member I interact with. Karen has created such a beautiful , calming and compassionate atmosphere, you immediately know it’s a safe space. The therapists are… dedicated and have allowed me to stay in contact in between appointments if I feel like I need to talk to somebody. This place is a blessing!

I would give a 5 if my original therapist was still there. Unfortunately, Brenda left for health reasons, and I was assigned an intake person before i could see another therapist. I give a -10 to this "intake" person.… She was so rude, i got up and left and I have never been back. I suggest you dont let "intake" personnel influence your business in a negative way. I had been a patient at this clinic, and I should not have had to be "interviewed" by a rude, uneducated intake person. I cant remember her name, but I you could probably find it in your records.

They lied, how can anyone trust liars! I called them specifically asking for what I was told by a crisis therapist that I needed. I asked them if they had a Psychiatrist, that specialized in long term trauma,… specifically Complex PTSD that is able to issue meds. That my primary Dr has been prescribing my meds and that I was told it would be healthier for me to have the Psychiatrist treating me who knows my issues to issue my meds. They told me yes, they had that. I had my first initial today spent 2 hours with a stranger telling them my about my trauma only to be told I will be seen by a clinician and a panel of nurse practitioners would go over their notes and prescribe my meds. How am I supposed to trust people who lie to you just to get you in their doors? They are not in it to help people but for the money.
