I checked in to this place 8 months ago, scared and lost, never having the courage to seek help for 25 years. It started with my intake and lasted 28 days. The staff from top to bottom were some of the most genuine and… caring people I have ever met, facilities were outstanding and the peace that surrounds it were just what I needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need. Gateway Recovery was nothing short of 1 of the greatest experience of my life! Thank you all!

Gateway recovery was absolutely a five star experience for me. The CEO Mr Ed is always showing his face and socializing with his clients at least three times a week. Ms. Courtney make sure we provided with a catered… high protein well balanced diet. I personally gain 25 to 30 lb in the 28 days, she also makes sure all our hygiene needs are met and meets most of all wants as well, her staff which I could not leave out in this review Ms Lisa Ms Jennifer Ms Ashley Ms.Ann Ms Kari and MS. Tracy Mr. Josh Mr. Joe Mr. George Mr. Travis all understand addiction at its finest and provides a wonderful environment including experience, exercise music groups arts and crafts horseshoe basketball volleyball. And the meat and potatoes of the program Mr Kyle and Mr David that are specialize addiction counselors, Mr Ed and Ms Courtney provide. The location is secluded and absolutely gorgeous. If you reading this for yourself or for a loved one as you can see I'm a fan and you must go or send them ASAP.

I've struggled with drugs most of my life and I've been to many rehabs. This place by far is the most caring and loving place I've ever been. I worked in Addiction Counseling for 7 years and fell into the depths of my disease. It just about killed me until one day I made a call that would forever change my life. That call was to Courtney at Gateway Villege,… she said come now because she knew if I didn't come then I would change my mind and succumb to my disease and die. I went right then and there at Gateway Villege I found just that a village of people that not only supported me Thur one of the hardest trails of my life, but people that loved me until I could love myself. I would love to say I recovery that day but truth be told I was one of the hardest clients of their lives. I was full of guilt abd shame and it was shown in my behavior as anger. It took lots of love and compassion to get me to see that I to am human and make mistakes just as everyone else in the world. They taught me how to live agian.. I have to say that the little village of people loved me until I could love myself agian , and for that I am forever grateful. I wrote all that to say as many treatment centers I have worked at or had contact with this treatment center is by far the greatest I have ever known. If you are your love ones needs help and learn how to not only love and respect themselves but live a live to the fullest, Gateway Recovery Village can do to for you . I brought my brother here for recovery and from the second I drove up to the staff greeting us, I knew we were at the right place. It is a family environment. This is by far the best treatment center I have been to and unfortunately I have been to quite a few. The entire staff from the administration all the way to the techs are absolutely wonderful and make you feel… comfortable and welcome and treat you with respect. They teach you real recovery solutions and give you the tools you need to live a happy sober life once you leave. If you are someone you know are struggling with addiction this is the place to go!

The staff at Steps are fantastic, they can walk the walk and talk the talk. They have been to the bottom and come out of the other side with deep insights, that can be passed on to a person seeking to save their life.… Make no mistake they save lives, I am thankful to ALL the staff at Steps for saving a family member from certain death. I’ve went to a few different rehabs in Texas and every time I relapsed soon after getting out. I went to steps and my life finally changed they gave me all the tools I would need to succeed. They helped me find a sober… living so my transition was nice and smooth. All the staff and nurses were amazing. The meals and rooms were the best I’ve ever had. There is nothing I could even say negative it’s a great place. I’m still sober today and so thankful I went there.

Thank God steps recovery was My first experience, and I must say I would not have had it any other way. They were amazing, truly!!!! Compassionate, hands on with each individual, most understanding & professional… medical staff, PERIOD. I'm in awe of myself, having been blessed to heal at such a place. This place is amazing. From the social worker Ms Sabrina, the director Ms Cathy, Dr Slocum, to the amazing Tech staff (Megan, Josh, Ashley, Jonathan, Camilla and many more), to the wonderful caring nurses (Vourtneu,… Delaney, Latrice, and one other I am blanking on her name but she worked overnight and thru the next day-utterly amazing. Chef's kiss 😘 💋to the facility and the staff. A coed program, the clients all sleep in a large house-women and men separated- and each day starts and ends with an AA meeting and a prayer 🙏, with classes in between. Life stories, vision boards, letters to those in our lives we miss or feel wronged by -the program from medical needs to life skills needs is phenomenal. Highly suggest this program for anyone looking for a welcoming, family-oriented rehabilitation center, with it's small full capacity (16 clients), this gorgeous grounds out in the sticks of Pineville is a godsend for anyone and everyone looking for the perfect 7u7urehab facility to help you save yourself so you can start truly living- not just surviving.
