Healthcare Commons Inc – Penns Grove

I have had a great experience at Healthcare commons.I found the communication to be excellent.Being in the healthcare system for a long time Healthcare Commons has been a positive experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Never ONCE had a good experience in this place. Whether it was for me, or a member of my family, no HELP was EVER given, just a VERY BIG BILL, that my insurance won't cover.

Terrible! This place is for people with drug issues etc...had to ring a door bell before entering...I'm going through a divorce needed someone to talk to. I felt so uncomfortable in this place, the intake was so… horribly rude to me. I called twice to reschedule an appointment, didn't get a call back until 3 weeks later by that point I have already moved on. Do not recommend at all. Felt really unprofessional in there.

They referred me to adult day care! I’m a vibrant women who still drives and takes care of herself. I’m very resentful

Waited over 3 hours for nothing. Absolutely useless.

My son went for help and they sent him in an ambulance to the ER even though he drove himself there. He just needed someone to talk to, instead he was billed $825. I have sent our insurance information twice and talked… to 4 people in billing over the past 8 months. They won't charge insurance and didn't tell my son how much he would be charged for "services." The billing ladies told me they can't discuss his bill with me even to get insurance information saying its a HIPAA violation. It's not. According to the HSS website on HIPAA 45 CFR 164.506 it states they can discuss billing without authorization and also treat the patient without their authorization if needed. This place is not a medical facility, just a scam. Avoid it and report any issues to the Better Business Bureau as I will now.

im a 16 year old junior in highschool, i have been struggling at home / mentally since 7th grade, i was sent here twice sophomore year for clearance to go back to school and despite my cries for help TWICE nothing was… done, i was given a cps phone number and my case worker abandoned me. im so done

Terrible, was not aware that the apartment was infested with bed bugs before I moved in. They wouldn't do anything to help me fix situations in the apartment until I begged them because it was making my mental health… decline living in such a poor state...

I genuinely believe this place saved my life. Dr. Melissa McBride is extremely compassionate and thorough. The staff there are friendly and do not make you feel awkward or embarrassed to be there. They have followed up… with me for a year now and it has helped me a lot. I have anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, and seizures.

They stink. I highly do not recommend this company.

Can't get new meds because there's no doctor at the office to prescribe, be a awhile now no new meds. I very much needed the help, but this is not the place

Horrible experience... during my divorce, I checked myself into Salem County ER for suicidal thoughts. Somehow these guys got involved and are not covered by insurance. They charged me 850$ after I talked to a social… worker for 20 minutes. For someone who was looking for help, I found none. Just another system trying to take money from me. Super frustrating!

The psychiatrist at healthcare Commons prescribe Xanax for the dope heads they don't check their blood they had been reported numerous times! The psychiatrist has been notified about a couple specific people every month… he still gives them Xanax and they have never taken a blood test I think it's time to report him to the American medical association!!!!
