I really don’t get why this clinic is getting one-star reviews and complaints. I’ve been to a lot of places like this, and this one is definitely among the best. It’s not huge, so you won’t be stuck waiting in line… forever. You get recognized and rewarded extremely quickly for actively participating in your recovery. Which means less Trips to the clinic. I can only think that the negative reviews might come from people who don’t really understand MAT programs or who are just not fully committed. Overall, this clinic is great! If you take your recovery seriously, they notice and they take you seriously! The staff at the clinic is truly exceptional—genuine, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. They demonstrate a heartfelt commitment to your recovery, advocating for you every step of the way. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist in any way possible make a significant difference in the patient experience. To start when you first arrive : Tammy, the front desk secretary, exemplifies exceptional professionalism and kindness. Her unwavering dedication to patients, potential patients, and their families is truly unparalleled. She not only works diligently to ensure everything runs smoothly, but she also creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes everyone feel valued and cared for. Her efforts do not go unnoticed and significantly enhance the overall experience at the clinic. The nurses are especially remarkable; their kindness and warmth are evident in every interaction. Always greeting you with a smile, they consistently go above and beyond to ensure you feel cared for. I cannot praise them enough for the outstanding support they provide! The doctor possesses an impressive depth of knowledge in MAT treatment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding from multiple perspectives. He prioritizes your safety and carefully considers the risk of relapse when adjusting medications. It's clear that he genuinely cares about your well-being and recovery. Additionally, the manager, Adam, is equally wonderful. His kindness and proactive approach in finding solutions to any challenges that arise ensure that every patient receives the best possible treatment. Lastly, I do miss one staff member dearly that has retired most likely he was the best counselor to say the least. But these things happen. But I wish he was still there. But this highlights the clinics ability to find quality counselors. Overall the experience with this clinic is a 10/10 for me.

I can’t even give this place a one star rating. I’ve been taking a person there for 7 years. And they supposedly putting her lower doses and back up to the max. All these people do I my opinion is soak up the hard… workers taxpayers money. So far out of anyone I’ve seen or spoke to the are nothing but a controlled addict. A lifer who is getting off of anything and those doctors I’m not sure where they get their license from but they definitely should be taking away. They are a joke and so is this place.

The nurses don’t care, they’re on a power trip, they are the rudest nurses I’ve ever encountered in my entire life, multiple incidents have occurred. I’ve been going here for three years now and they are constantly… telling me different things which is ridiculous, like having to come by 10:30am apparently if I have 2 weeks of doses, when I did walk in at 10:30 and had to ua and wait in line, they still tried to argue with me about being at the window at 10:50, or threatening to lower my dose for a drop being left in it, even AFTER rinsing all my bottles out, even though the nurses don’t have the authority to do that, they threatened me with that and said I could get a felony. If they cared they would’ve understood and not egg the argument on to the point where I was shaking and standing up for myself, they are rude and judgmental, they think they’re better than every single client who walks through that door, I don’t recommend this place at all. Stigma here is terrible.

This place is a joke, they don't care one bit about the patients one bit. The Dr Dan and the nurses especially don't care about us.i dosed last on Sunday and now they won't help me because I had a stroke and I am having… trouble doing a ua. I don't mind doing that, but thanks to the damage from my stroke I can't urinate on command. Now I am going through withdrawals all because of the Dr and Nurses. If you are trying to get off heroine or pain pills, you should try someplace else. They got me hooked on methadone and then cut me off. Just like when I was on pain pills. May just sue this place for doing this to me.. I think I will make a sign and walk in front telling people the truth about not helping and cutting people off. I do appreciate what Adam and Charles have done to get this resolved. I do feel a little better about it.

Have had a great experience. Staff is friendly and very pro. Not judging and no bad attitudes. Everyone genuinely seems to enjoy their job at this place. The medical staff are top notch and take what they do seriously.… It's a MAT clinic with Methadone and Suboxone offered.

They do both Methadone and Subutex therapy I've never had any major problems with them at all. They've always been quite fair and understanding. I initially moved over to this center from linwood because it was much… closer but I've since moved now, even though the linwood clinic is a bit closer now I'm sticking with these folks. The lines may not move as quickly and there's only 1 not 2 windows, however with that said just about everything else about the Hefner clinic is simply put.... far better

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I Can’t stand this clinic. I’ve been to three other clinics during my recovery and have been at this one for over a year now. By far the absolute worst in every way besides one. That is… the receptionist is nice though I don’t even think she likes this clinic either. Switching soon.

I just recently found that this clinic is AVAILABLE and OPEN, the sign out front is being redone, so it currently says Bright Smiles Dentistry , but really all they need to do is remove the Dentistry, because I… definitely left there with a smile and felt like everyone cared and the Doctor was unlike any Doctor I’ve met at a Clinic, he ultimately said the end goal is to be OFF completely and he’s had multiple success stories and that was just reassuring! Anyone who lives on the North side of OKC, it’s perfect I used to drive 15miles one way everyday out of my way, now it’s blocks away! Couldn’t say more positive things about the clinic! Love the location as in, its gonna make life a lot easier, I’ll be saving gas and mileage on my car! Thanks Mission Treatment for opening a clinic that aids people in Northern OKC! And if you use my name as a referral, I believe we each would get $25.00..... This place is worth the time and effort to check out!!!

This place is in a much needed area of ok, so for this alone I give them a big thumbs up. Being in social work I know all to too well the scarce resources in OKC. The staff are friendly and professional. If you are in… need of help....go here!
