My wife gave birth to two babies here. One two years ago and one today. Can't say enough positive about the atmosphere and staff. Thank you Holy Redeemer. Some reviews mentioned that the hospital is outdated but if… anything it has dated charm. Everything is up kept and clean.

Dr. Mazor is excellent. She is everything you hope to have in a surgeon. Dr. Mazor is kind, compassionate, professional and competent. This list could go on. It feels good knowing you are entering your surgery with a… knowledgeable bunch of individuals. I definitely had the A team! ❤️

Do not go here for any procedures/surgeries/appointments! I had my baby here and the billing afterwards was a nightmare. Was receiving different bills in the mail and I received two bills, one much higher than the other… and someone I spoke to on the phone said to pay the lesser one come to find out I had to pay the much larger bill and now bills went to collections. Then I got that same bill again with the much larger amount and when I called, the person I spoke to said they were going to look into it and call me back and they never called me back. Not easy to figure out especially when you have a newborn/infant! Will not be having my next baby here and will not be going to this hospital for any other services. They need to create a better billing system. My stay at the hospital was just okay. I did like my nurses however, my family that visited did have many complaints about how they were treated. My OB appointments fairly positive.

I’ve only ever been to this hospital for maternity care, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the nurses and doctors. They’ve been amazing before, during, and after labor and delivery. From triage and… check-in all the way to discharge, the care and attention have always been spot on. The nurses are experienced, kind, and genuinely caring, which makes such a huge difference during such an important and emotional time. I’ve been here multiple times, and the maternity ward really is the best. I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time and am so grateful for the amazing care we’ve received.

I hope Holy Redeemer trains their administrative staff better. Since Redeemer Health is currently under a two year probationary period for a seperate violation, the experience i had with a physician should have never… occurred. The VP of women's health should really learn to explore a situation when a patient starts to tell about it, not dismiss the patient. Or wait 3 months for a formal report for action to be taken. I hope the president, Greg Wozinak, wakes up and finds a new VP of women's health, or mandates some type of training. With the current VP in charge, things are being handled poorly. Christina Marczak should definitely be sent for training,I hope holy redeemer wises up because she handled a situation in a terrible manner. When patients share concerns, they should be taken seriously, especially when the physician admitted that she breached her ethical duty. Christina Marczak brushed the patient aside and told her a lawyer was not needed..... And look at that.....The patient was correct., the issue was real and validated. And the hospital is responsible. I hope Christina learns not to give out legal advice again. I hope Christina Marczak learns something about listening to patients and not push them aside. If something seems wrong, it probably is. I hope Holy Redeemer, more specifically, Christina Marczak, is held accountable and some type of training is mandated.

The receptionist in this hospital is HORRIBLE !!! . They hang up on you even if you are polite . I called them to have them send over blood work results but they just did not want to do it . The receptionist named Mary… was the worst . Please do better . People go here to GET CARE , HAVE SHAME .

Gave birth here December 2025. They called me only a few hours after giving birth while I was laying in my hospital bed for my copay. Sooo tacky! Now, 8 months later I’m still having billing issues and it seems I am… pretty much being double billed for their services. Be careful. They will make you owe money on their portal AND send separate paper bills all having different amounts. It’s very confusing and seems almost like a scam because they really need money. I have spoken to multiple women I know who have recently given birth here and are having very similar billing issues. The hospital also is dirty and looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s. Very unfortunate experience for a first time Mom. Definitely will not be returning.

Went to the emergency room today. Helpful and quick at registration and triage. Went inside emergency area. Dr came in right away and after explaining what was going on with me, he basically dismissed me, said he would… run a few tests, but basically they weren't going to help me. Waited approximately 1/2 hour, shivering on a gurney. No nurse came in, no monitors were attached and no one even offered me a blanket or pillow. 63 and complaining of dizziness and they didn't even hook me up to a heart monitor. I pay $950 just to walk into an emergency room and I got treated like I was nothing. My problems weren't worthy of help or attention. When I walked out, the nurse said "well the doctor put in your orders. This is an emergency room, we are busy." When I walked into the emergency room, there was no one in the emergency waiting room and one ambulance arrived when I was there. I could hear the staff at the Nurse's station talking and laughing. I use to work in a hospital, if the emergency room was hopping, no one would be at the nurse's station. The doctor was dismissive, uncaring and unreassuring he would or could help me, the nursing was non existent. The level of uncaring in any hospital is concerning, but when it comes from a Catholic hospital it is sad and shocking. Patient care is non existent in America 's Healthcare system today regardless of Religious affiliation. The lack of caring about people in general is concerning and apparently an antiquated concept. If you are an older woman trying to get medical help, forget about it, you should just start digging your graves now.

UPDATE: 8/11/26 ‼️‼️‼️ I had a miscarriage. My baby measured 20 weeks when I am supposed to be 28 weeks. I came in for lack of kicks and movement, instead I was shamed and guilted for coming in when I absolutely knew… something was off. I am disgusted with the treatment I received in the triage room. They instructed me to follow up with an ob within 3 days but there were no appointments for another month. So I switched back to St Mary's for a first time check and there was no heartbeat. I am appalled that I was told I came in for no reason when I knew something was wrong. My baby is gone and I was treated as if I am a burden. Initial review: I had a very uncomfortable experience at Labor & Delivery on 7/15/26. The two ladies at the receiving window were so polite and kind. However, after being taken to the triage, I was asked why I came in. I explained that I'm 24 weeks pregnant, I had been bedridden for 2 days with a 99.6 temperature, experienced cold sweats, and did not feel baby move during that entire time. All I asked for was a heartbeat check. Instead I was questioned why I came to the hospital and not the normal offices. I tried. I called the Meadowbrook, Willowgrove, and Bensalem location, all of which never answered their phones after 10 mins of waiting on each. Then I called the hospital and they told me it was recommended that I come into L&D. The nurse responded with "we don't do routine heartbeat checks so next time stay on hold." That response was so disrespectful and insensitive that I wanted to walk out as soon as she said it, but I kept my cool. Then she proceeds to say that 99.6F isn't considered a fever. That's fine, but it's still an elevated temperature. She continues on and says they do not do kick counts until 28 weeks. That's also fine, but there was an abnormal change in movement. I can feel her anytime I put my hand on my stomach and I felt 0 movement for 2 days WHILE I was weak and sick. Regardless, I should not have to explain why I want to make sure my baby is okay after being sick. I'm appalled to say the least. I felt like I was supposed to feel guilty and stupid for coming in. I absolutely did not want to drive 38mins out and call out of work because of distance, but to the nurse I guess I did it to inconvenience her. She gave attitude to the nurses who came in with new patients as well, saying "oh I didn't know you were bringing more people in" and sighing dramatically. I'm glad I'm in the process of going back to my old OB. I feel sorry for any woman, especially pregnant, receiving the cold and questionable treatment I received when all I wanted was a heartbeat check to make sure my baby is okay. Granted, she was a bit nicer after I cried my eyes out after relief of hearing my baby's heartbeat, but it shouldn't take that to show some compassion.

They’re not taking care of my Grandpop. He went originally and they sent him home only to get worse. He then went back in a worse condition and they still aren’t monitoring his care properly. They let him fall in the… bathroom when he shouldn’t have been in there by himself, and he hurt his back. It’s been over a day and they seem to have lost the x ray results from an injury he got while in their care. It’s instance after instance of carelessness, so if you want your family members to get better I recommend another hospital.

I have an adult Down syndrome son who unfortunately has Heart and Lung issues. I just want to say that I am blown away by the caring nature of all the staff here. They know that my son is upset and very scared, but no… one treated him any differently even though he was combative with terror. There was understanding and compassion mixed with their knowledge to help him and his mom to feel at ease in getting my son at a point to accept the life saving care he needed. All this was led by charge nurse, Joe. He is an amazing conductor of the ER. I am grateful to Ru his nurse for not just putting up with me gracefully, but more importantly attending to my son's needs. Ru is dedicated to her patients, and their wellbeing. You can tell she loves her job. I must do a shout out to unit clerk, Cindy Hicks. This is who you want to see first when you go into an IC unit. The big smile, the bubbly personality, and the eagerness to help you in any way she can.

Dr. Leigh Gerson is the best. Two weeks ago I went to Holy Redeemer emergency room in the middle of the night with the worst stomach pain of my entire life. I knew it was serious. In the early morning hours Dr. Gerson… and her surgical team were called in to perform my surgery. Dr. Gerson literally saved my life . I am so thankful and grateful for her. I am two weeks post-op and feeling great. She is a gifted surgeon with an excellent bedside manner. I feel extremely confident and comfortable being in her care.
