Horizon Health and Wellness – Casa Grande (115 and 117 West 2nd Street)

I was attempting to get counseling and somebody one of their patients performed criminal damage on my vehicle and there wasn’t a thing they said they can do about it so far are you I’d stay far away. Seems like a scam… racket for people’s insurance someone needs to do something about this.

Unfortunately I have to leave one star, when no stars are deserved. I called to inquire about seeking therapy, when doing so I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and utter disregard for respect from the… receptionist Polly. BEWARE!!! if that's how you are treated when inquiring over the phone, I cannot imagine the treatment in person. I would suggest management rehiring someone with people skills and most importantly empathy to work at the front desk. Gladly taking my business elsewhere. Polly needs to go!

Doctors, therapists, phlebotomists, case workers, and nurses are the best. But the two older front desk receptionists are rude. No acknowledgement when you walk up. They just stare at you. They speak with an attitude as… if you're disturbing them or they don't want to be at work. Very monotone for the most part; they just slide you the sign-in sheet. Have only seen them smile or be nice when talking to one another. Only other down side is lobby is small so you can hear EVERYONES information when talkin it's no type of privacy to ensure info isn't being overheard and written down. If you talk in a normal tone they say they can't hear so everything gets said really loud.

The women at the front desk are very rude one older woman hit me hard with the door and it hurt real bad.

My experience with good Stephanie and a couple of the other ladies are good people
