Supposedly Horizon Health & Wellness in Cottonwood says they strive to show compassionate care to their clients. I disagree, that's far from what I have received here. Those that did show kindness I did not get the… pleasure of speaking with them before I had to escalate this incident to get the care I should've received as a patient and as a human being. I'm not sorry to say this, common courtesy is not equal to the amount of care needed for others' behavioral health! Those that have an SMI determination are not common! Technology shouldn't be the reason that medical needs don't get done! The Minimum or mediocre is not Enough!

service ok but the front lobby smells like urine for the past 2 days Update 30 min wait on blood draw today. Usually doctor appointments are not even this long. 🙄 Hope your experience goes well if youre here for a blood… draw today There's always good and bad workers everywhere you go... I just want to share my experience and reccomend NOT sitting in the lobby chairs

I have been going here probably since before 2019, they have always met me with compassion, understanding, and the truth! (Even though it was sometimes difficult to hear...) I am forever grateful to everyone on my team,… and everyone I have the chance to interact with along the way! If you can get anything out of my review, know this, that healing is not a one size fits all thing, you may find people you don't agree with, or feel like you relate to, and that's okay!!!! There are soo soo many amazing people working here, and that want to help you!!! I hope you find whatever you are looking for, to whoever reads this!! Thank you!

Most dishonest group of women ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Say they'll call either way but didnt. Seems like a terrible place and I dodged a bullet. Have the day u deserve ladies 😂

Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars and its so deserving. My child was dropped off for appointment by someone else due to my schedule. When I picked up 5 minutes after appointment finished, my child was alone standing… outside building. Inside, not a single person. Totally unprofessional and luckily I wasn't any later. Who knows how long they would have been alone. Why weren't they allowed to wait in lobby? Definitely going to search for other options but sadly need to stay until I find something else. I wonder if this happened to my child, how many others this has happened to. Normally I stay and wait in lobby, but work happened and I didn't want my child to miss appointment. Its hard enough to schedule follow up appointments due to limited availability without it being so far out.

Front desk are downright the rudest people I have ever experienced in healthcare

I should have read the reviews. This place is gross, rude employees and they want to drug test you even just to speak to a psychiatrist. I did it, but I am not a drug seeker, and the doctor was nice but ZERO help. Front… desk is rude .. waste of 100 copay. 0/10 do not recommend. Also feels like a probation officer or something. Really one of the worst experiences. Then they gaslit me to make me think it was normal. when I told my husband, he was FURIOUS. These people are the absolute worst.

They discontinued a benzodiazepine prescription I’d been on for over three years. If you’re not familiar, I urge you to look up the risks of quitting benzodiazepine usage cold turkey. When I was initially seen I was in… terrible shape, physically shaking, and my requests and complaints following have all fallen upon deaf ears. Make of that what you will!

They care more about billing their clients than helping them. And they careless about their staff! It's a business, that's all, and if you need help, look elsewhere!

I can only give them a one. They deserve a minus 100. If ANYONE is thinking about letting a loved one go they, think it over, very carefully. I'm sure they have plenty of complaints, but the one that is mainly in my… mind, is the horrific treatment of the lady who went missing from there. It's unthinkable what this family has had to go through. Not reporting the lady as missing, not letting her family know anything,. The lady was missing for almost two months before she was found. My heart is breaking for them. I do not want to have to read another story like this. I hope and pray that the authorities investagate them and, if possible, close them down or get new management.

Gross neglect by Provider Joan Ili in the Casa Grande Office. Will be reported to the Arizona State Board of Nursing and other appropriate entities. Obvious bias and prejudice during visit. Made unwarranted comments… during our visit regarding my Religion.

If it wasn’t for the fact that no one is taking new patients, or have weeks booked in advance, I would have looked elsewhere. I went in today because the woman who scheduled me said July 13th. The receptionist was rude… as hell, and told me that my appointment was on Tuesday. There is no clear communication, she also got sassy and told me that I had turned an opportunity to be seen on the 5th. That was for Florence and it wasn’t even a guarantee, it was a maybe. I wanted an appointment I knew I could actually go to. I tried explaining that I told the woman I couldn’t do the 11th because my baby had an appointment, she said she would move it to the 13th but of course doesn’t put that in her notes. Now I have to wait another 12 days just for an intake. This all could’ve been done easily without the attitude and miscommunication.

Yeah this location is ridiculous! Took my 14 year old son who just got out of inpatient care and is on new meds to his appointment there was an accident on the highway which made us 5 minutes late and they said they… couldn’t see him so I rescheduled that appointment, the. I had an appointment today but I’m sick with Covid and couldn’t take him so his step dad took him ( mind you this is for a routine exam) nothing more than just checking vitals and out. Never once told I had to be there but of course they turned them away! Do yourself a favor and if you want a team that clearly understands your child’s needs and genuinely wants to help check out one of these other locations below, Community Health Associates Resilent Health Easterseals Blake Foundation Arizona’s Children Association There’s a reason why this place always has openings.

I just read in the reviews this happens Often when it shouldn’t happen at ALL . My daughter is on a high dose medication . She can’t miss a dose or several doses . She will go through WD she is only 14 yrs old . I have… called over 10x to ask them to send in the correct medicine to the pharmacy as of yet she hasn’t, then i tell them we need two scripts one for 10 mg and one for 20 mg bc they don’t make a 30 mg . As of yet it’s not corrected . How can I get them to send my daughters medication to the pharmacy ??? I am so mad . I can’t go up there . Like i said I have called over 10 times spoke to multiple different people . Thank God my daughter only see’s this dr once month . Now on a good note , I give everyone a 10 star for there service to my daughter and there groups . My daughter has turned all the way around bc of the groups . She loves herself , she comes out of her room, she talks , she smiles , she is Living . I owe it all to these ladies that run these groups . My daughter didn’t want to live after my son went to heaven , I have even had to give her cpr that is how bad it was . I know for a fact I wouldn’t have my daughter here w me she would be w my son if I didn’t find horizon . I am so thankful for this clinic . I don’t know what is wrong w the dr bc she stinks .
