I've been going here a few times for my dad's appointments and whatnot. Everyone is nice, helpful & treat us well. This place is great I have PTSD but since I started going here I'm slowly getting better. They actually… care about you instead of treating you like a paycheck.

Two stars because my provider is a unicorn, a true legend trapped in a bureaucratic nightmare. The scheduling process is like a reverse escape room—instead of getting out, you’re just trying to get in, and every door is… a different hoop held by a different case manager. The front desk? They're the final bosses, armed with blank stares and the supernatural ability to pretend they didn't hear you. The vibe in the office is so disgustingly bad, it makes a DMV feel like a spa day. I'd rather get my medical advice from a Magic 8-Ball than step foot in that office again. My telemed appointments are great, but going there in person gives me the same anxiety as a surprise audit.

I attend this facility for group therapy, case management, and other therapy supports. Especially after coming from the Phoenix area, I am so refreshed and surprised by the level of service that I receive. My case… manager is amazing and if they don't hear from me, they always checkin. The group therapy is also very good, especially to have a group of people to talk openly about issues. The people here help keep me stable and I know that I can go in or call anytime.

I love coming to this clinic; they attend to you quickly and listen very well, and the staff are very friendly.

I have my pcp, therapist, psychiatrist, and group therapy here. Very convenient, very kind, very caring. Everything has gone well since I've started here. No complaints from me. Always quick and thorough.

I started going in 2019 for group therapy. First two years was good then we moved buildings and when to once a week. Then we moved buildings again with group still once a week. Last year(2023) they canceled all but two… types of group therapy my was one that got canceled. Since then I have not been in any type of therapy.

I became a client in October 2021 after being reassured they had an in house psych dr, not telemed. In the past 2 years Ive had 6 different psych drs there, mostly all tele med. I missed my last appointment and went in… person on December 7th to reschedule the appointment I missed. It was scheduled today for 1215, I showed up at 12 saying my services were cancelled because I’ve not met the new case manager to whom I’ve never met. They claimed they sent a letter and called 3 times. I received a call yesterday 12/12 to confirm the appointment for today 12/13 which I went into the office on 12/7 in person to schedule the appointment and nothing was mentioned, the appointment was scheduled. They cancelled my services on 12/12 after already confirming and being in the office in person with no mention that I was going to be released. Why I received a phone call the day of dropping me that I confirmed the appointment. When I made the appointment in the office nothing was mentioned. Throughout the plethora of psych drs they’ve had multiple times I went without my medication due to lack of basic communication to the in-house Genoa pharmacy. I’m in tears from the lack of empathy and patient care. If this is happening to me I can imagine many others have gone through similar horrendous experiences. They seem to have no care or empathy for the clients, I feel like a peon, and they are just trying to bill insurance companies in place of caring for patients and following rule number 1 “To do no harm”

Horizon is the worst to deal with I advised to everything in your power to stay clear of them.

Was supposed to have a full psych eval...didn't happen. Had been taking 2 meds that actually worked, Dr Svetlana refused to prescribe and told me to go elsewhere. Case manager never returns calls. Absolutely miserable… service.
