Matt Michelle Joe Larry Molly Juanita. They’re all great staff here and I’ve always appreciated their kindness when I’m struggling with my illnesses, even their smiles and what since of humor reaching back to a level… where I can be normal and get on the rest of what I need to do I appreciate this company. I hope it doesn’t change and I hope I don’t lose the services due to certain things. It’s a blessing. Very thankful.

Human supports of Idaho is a great place with very kind and professional staff. The providers here are extremely caring and knowledgeable, who also happen to bring a sense of character and friendliness into situations… in order to foster a sense of belonging. The psychiatrist, Dr. Koontz, is exceedingly knowledgeable and always has the sense that he knows how to tackle a situation with effectiveness and with the best intentions at heart, caring about your needs. I can’t say enough how wonderful the environment and the people within it are and I will always sing their praises.

So from the beginning of entering the program I was a complete I mean a complete different person my life was so out of control when thinking the whole time it wasn't so bad looking back know without the tools and… counseling I would not be the debbie I am today it has changed my dramatically if anyone goes into this program I pray they get the right counseling that I had Carl prints has helped me more than anyone with the counseling and structure I love who I am today for the first time in my life Juanita always helping me threw all my difficulties the people there are so amazing I had my ups n downs in the program but I went threw allot of traumatic things sam being there when I lost my son with his big bear hug they showed me the right care and ways to work the tools when I graduated I was scared to death I had the structure then just let loose but I found myself a whole different person today I've advised people to go to the program it changes l8fes if people really want to take it seriouc just everyone molly always willing to go the extra mile and Stephanie Pamela rose so man6 people there have changed and taught me the right direction n path the knowledge I know have today I will carry on to anyone who wants to hear my story hands down thank you human support of Idaho I love n rock the deborah sampson I am today thank you all from the bottom of my heart

I have been receiving services from Human Supports of Idaho for several years and highly recommend them! I am able to trust them with my med management which has been very successful. They worked with my income and… sliding scale when I lost my insurance and was scared I would be turned away. I was matched with a therapist who actually gets me and has taught me so much about myself. She has gone above and beyond to work around my work schedule and meets with me on nights and weekends. I am so grateful for her flexibility, support , and talent! Many services to choose from and my calls get answered by a live person right away! I cannot imagine anyone else managing my mental health services and am so lucky to have found them! Thank you!

Dr Kuntz is a good doctor can't understand me he gets me I understand by diagnosis I really appreciate that I have him at the doctor and Pamela my peer support worker is one of the best peer support workers out there I… don't know what I would do without her

Awesome place. Friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone going through substance abuse issues and or mental health. Really enjoy the staff. From Juanita to Mollie up front, to Madyson, and Sam. So many amazing people… here at Human Supports of Idaho.

Abeer, Brandy, and Ruxandra were a pleasure to work with. They made a difficult time in my life more easy to manage with guidance and support. I'm very glad I found them.

Miss Molly is one of the most fantastic reception I've ever had the pleasure in dealing with she's very good her job and she cares about everybody who walks through the door

If your in need of support and help with substance addiction. HSI is a great help. Juanita will work with you on just about everything and Meridith is a great counselor. Thank you guys for all that you do for me.

I had such a great experience thanks to Nathalia. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that instantly made me feel comfortable. Her customer service was outstanding. She took her… time to listen, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. What really stood out was how personable and kind she was throughout the entire interaction. She did not make me feel rushed or overlooked at any point. It is clear that she truly cares about the people she helps. She made the whole experience smooth and stress free, and I would gladly return because of her positive attitude .

Human Supports of Idaho provides meaningful services to the community and truly helps people work toward recovery and stability. The staff I interacted with were compassionate and supportive, and it’s clear they care… about the individuals they serve. They offer a variety of resources like counseling, peer support, and case management, which can make a real difference in people’s lives. Overall, a valuable resource in the Idaho community.

To be honest do the therapists here are good. That's the reason why I didn't give them one star. They never kept in contact with my PO I had to show you my graduation papers and tell him how everything was going because… they never contacted him once. Also right before graduating and they dropped a bombshell that I owe them almost $1,000 due to co-pays yet never told me that while I was going to each one of my classes big scam here I would not go

They are very unprofessional and petty

I called to schedule an intake and get started with counseling. The receptionist put me on hold 3 times and every time she came back she was laughing with someone. She kept repeating herself over & over, was not… listening to the information I was giving her. Very unprofessional and I immediately knew I would not want to continue with this practice

This place is toxic Sara hall is a joke and so is their therapy please stay far away I had to cancel 2 appts one my son was sick and one I was sick and got my kicked from services

extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I went in to set an appointment, I showed up on time and it took over an hour and a half just to get basic information and set up an appointment. that appointment that was set… got cancelled by them, so they set a new one which wasn't a day anyone was available ig? once I got that all cleared up and scheduled it for a different day for a second time (I didn't want to have an appointment on this day, it's just the only day they had available) they didn't give me a reminder of this appointment like they did with the last two appointments that weren't real. it's been months and I haven't even seen a real doctor. just a bunch of worthless secretaries wasting my time because they can't read a calendar.

Stay away at all cost! They report one nanogram as positive. Go to Ascent.

I love Susan day! She is the best! she listens and explains to you exactly why they give you the medication they do! Don’t be afraid to ask questions! I look forward to every meeting I have with her 😊 she is a blessing!!

Gossips about patients LOUDLY in the lobby. Also overheard them not wanting to help a (new hired?) MA because she doesn’t have any medical experience, so if that’s you, I recommend finding a new job.

It took them a month to contact my husband about Peer Support service. They scheduled an assessment with him over Zoom, but never sent him a link or any info. He had to call the day of. They then paired him with some… one totally incompatible, who has 20 clients and would only spend time with him for 2 hours once a week. We also requested their CBRS, which they took 2 months to place him in. They got him scheduled for a phone call with his CBRS agent today, but they never called. We have cancelled their 'service'. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow up.
