This place saved my life. The first treatment facility I felt at home at! 11/18/25 If you have a loved one, tell them about this place!! 11/19/25 They have NAD to help you with the withdrawals so you don't have to dread… them or suffer through them. It doesn't have to be hard. Incura Treatment Center makes it so much easier than trying to do it on your own. Night and day. 11/20/25 If you are struggling to get off methamphetamine or alcohol, and you are worried about not having insurance, or transportation, or how bad the withdrawals are going to be, DON'T! Just give them a call now. There are people who will be more than happy to help you overcome all those barriers and more. Call today. You won't regret it! 11/21/25 Easy to find right behind the McCain Mall in North Little Rock Outpatient

This place truly changed my life. The NAD IV infusions made a huge difference during the withdrawal stage, but what really sets them apart is how much they care about you as a person. They don’t just treat… addiction—they help you find hope, faith, and a future. I was led to Jesus here, and that gave me strength I didn’t know I had. The staff supported me every step of the way, not only through recovery but also in building a new life afterwards. Today I’m fully employed and living as a functioning member of society. I came in with almost nothing, and now I have everything I need to live a meaningful life. I’m forever grateful for the compassion and dedication I found here.

I started at incura on September 23, 2025. It has completely changed my life and the way I view life. The program has given me the strength to walk away from everything that wasn't bringing closer to God. I am 58 days… sober and finally loving the life I'm living. Incura not only helps you get sober but they give you a forever family. They are so loving and supportive of the everyone that walks thru the door and if you need them day or night they are there.

I owe everything to Incura and the staff members that work there. Incura has changed my life completely. The past six years I was extremely addicted to meth. I was an IV user and I never thought I would give it up. The… use of Meth lead me down a criminal lifestyle to the point of ending up in and out of jail. When I heard of the program and the success rate it had on people like me, I was all in. I started the program April 11th and graduated August 15th. The NAD helped me with the cravings and I no longer have the desire to get high anymore. I'm now a little over 7 months clean and my life is so much better than it has ever been. It restored my relationship with my father, I now have a wonderful job, my license and a truck that is paid for completely and I just recently moved into my very own house instead of living with a friend or couch surfing. I'm also in a wonderful relationship. So thank you Incura and the owner of it along with all the staff members who work so hard to keep people with addiction clean and away from the criminal lifestyle.

Wasn't too sure about this facility, but I know I was sure I wanted to stop using drugs. Went to Incura 1/23/24 til 6/2/24. Decided my sobriety day was the second day I went to treatment. Loved the staff very friendly… and helpful. Christian environment. After using nad+ IV I no longer craved the drugs. Didn't want any drugs. I felt better, was rejuvinated. I had more energy, was able to think a little clearer. They helped me with my anxiety and major depressive disorder. I made a lot of friends there and 98% of the people that were there the same time as me are still sober. Enjoyed the groups we had. It's outpatient. I got a whole arsenal of coping skills and would recommend nad+ to everyone.

I started going to Incura on February 23 2021 and it was the best decision I ever made. Not only did the NAD help with my addiction but it also lowered my rheumatoid arthritis and lupus levels to where they are so low… they are now non-detectable. I no longer live in pain from my lupus, RA, and Fibromyalgia. The staff there is so amazing too. They made you feel like a family there. I would recommend Incura to anyone who suffers from addiction and is ready to take their life back and who wants to do with little to no withdrawals!
