ICFR Indianapolis is such an amazing treatment center! It is smaller than some other facilities, enabling more time with clinicians! The staff is also absolutely amazing!

I recommend them with all truth, respect, and gratefulness. They are so respectful, attentive and kind. They provide the safest of place for recovery anyone could ever need. I am so glad for my time here. Honestly there… aren’t enough words to say. If you need help come here you won’t regret coming; you will be grateful too.

ICFR has been such a great experience. ALL of the staff are so wonderful. I have learned so much about myself and my addiction. I thought it would be embarrassing and scary being among others but they truly helped me… along the way. I highly recommend ICFR! This place is great! It isn’t a crowded facility and they work with you one on one and they are very Respectable and nice. I have had a great time while trying to recover and the staff is great. Everyone of them… including Carla.

IDFC is a great place! They were extremely helpful in my addiction and recovery process. Carla the tech was especially helpful in providing me with necessary clothes I forgot at home and needed. The whole nurses staff… was super supportive of my needs. The entire staff was amazing. I have been there twice and both times were exceptional!! I would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with mental health and addiction.

Spent 30 days at ICFR Indianapolis. This has been my first time seeking treatment and choosing self help on my own accord. Looking back I wish I would have done this years and years ago. I definitely could have and… would be all the better for it. Things would be different however. I would have missed my chance to meet wonderful people. Between my peers and the staff there are many I will hold with me forever. However, there are two who I want to distinguish above all the others. Carla is my first. Her spirit is incredibly uplifting. When I came here in the mental state I was, she was a positive force that met me every single day with consistency and positivity. Between the silly and serious, I have enjoyed every encounter I have had with this woman. She made sure to do everything in her power to make me feel comfortable and help satisfy and wants or needs I had. She is an amazing person who offers kindness freely along with her goofy attitude. I will miss waking up in the morning to our interactions and will forever hold higher expectations when my morning sassy/snarky self is being handled so well. Pure gold this gal!! Second, I have to shout out Brittany (the other Brittany) also for keeping it real and consistent. Her laughter carries through the building and every time I hear it I know that it will be a good night. She has always been absolutely nothing but fair and has had an excellent sense of humor. Without it my nights would have been lacking most certainly. I will always remember this step of my journey and I encourage others to take the step if they are ready to do so.

ICFR Indy is an amazing place - small facility with plenty of individual attention and the entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

This place saved my life!! I can’t say enough about the staff there!! I don’t even know where to start!! From the Dr’s (Larry & Ardrienne), to the nursing staff (Ms Dee, Sharlene, Kristy, Mia, Victoria, Jess, Jeff, etc)… down to the techs. I definitely need to say a huge thank you to Shannel for looking out for me when I needed it most! Carla for always being a huge bright spot in the morning and always being chipper, aka The BeBop twins!! David for playing cormhole with us and always treating us like peers!! Everyone is amazing thought!! I will never be able to say enough about this place!! If you need help for ANYTHING pleases reach out and they will come get you!! If nobody has told you they love you today, I do!! It’s never to early or to late!!

Great experience, has been very helpful to my recovery. The techs are awesome, especially Chanel and Carla the super Mario sisters lol! There all great thought. Gonna miss you girls hope they give you a raise after this… review haha. Sincerely bowser!! Bigjohn! Gonna miss all the staff. Almost forgot my boy David you the man give him a raise too!

I want to start by saying this place saved and changed my life due to the excellent text the housekeepers are great the food's even better and the therapist have got what it takes and I can't say anything but thank you… Jesus for this place don't think twice about coming come on

First I would like to say how amazing all the counselors are and staff. Would love to point out the awesome therapist Arie( Drill Sgt) Bre, and Courtney. They've been amazing amd truly care...straight to the point and… no sugar coating. All the techs were awesome especially a big shout out to Carla, David, Eric (Ray Ray), Kristi, and Shannel...thanks for everything you've helped me out with and showing me love during my recovery. Now the nursing team and Drs were fantastic. Greatful for the Gene Testing and putting me on the right meds....Love you Larry. Shout to Tony (Big T) for dealing with all are shenanigans amd having fun. Now to my favorite instructor Linda who I felt a huge connection with and understand my past addiction. You truly was God Sent and helped me in ways I will never forget....I Love You and from the bottom of my ❤️ thank you so much for being so real and understanding, I will never forget you.

The staff from house keeping and all techs, group facilitators, therapists, nursing staff, to the providers , are all wonderful people. I am blessed to have come to this facility. Everyone is very caring, and just… wonderful.

I spent 35 days at ICFR Indy, and the experience was great. They provide an environment that promotes healthy recovery, and I feel my time there was well spent. The staff from therapists to techs all care and are very… attentive. If you are from the Indianapolis area and are struggling, give them a call and get in ASAP!

Absolutely amazing place. They take such good care of you and make you feel so comfortable. They keep track of everything medically and psychological, great food, and I made a close freind with a staff member and some… people in detox. The best thing is they don't force religion down your throat, which was a really big reason I never checked into rehab or AA. If you need help and are close by this is the place. (They drove two and a half hours to pick me up and take me home )

Not my first time at ICFR, but my first experience with the Indy campus. I love the small close-knit community. The staff is caring and helpful. The counselors are fantastic. The facility is clean and supports group… dynamics. I would definitely refer anyone I care about who needs help to this company.
