Infinite Recovery – Buda Reviews and Ratings
Accreditation and licensing tell part of the story at Infinite Recovery. Reviews from patients and their loved ones tell another part, and the two are shown on this page so they can be read together.
Infinite Recovery saved my life, and helped me overcome my addiction.
The staff at Infinite Recovery genuinely cares, and they meet clients needs at their level. My experience at Infinite is priceless, and I will forever be grateful.
I’m truly grateful for Infinite recovery. Ive received so much internally and externally. Came with nothing but a broken heart and mind. Stepping up to I.o.p. And looking forward to what’s in store. Love you infinite… family!
Fantastic experience, Staff is great.
Had an amazing stay and have truly felt a change in my life and my behavior
Great experience with infinite. Staff are super helpful and knowledgeable
Infinite Trauma Program and PHP changed my life. My experience here is what I was always looking for and needing in other treatment facilities but I was never able to get. The staff are all amazing and care deeply about… their clients!!
I completed the 30-day women’s residential program at Infinite, and my experience there was truly great. I was always very nervous about going to residential treatment, but I knew I needed the help because I couldn’t… quit on my own. From the moment I arrived, Infinite helped me in every way possible. The staff is incredibly caring, supportive, and understanding, and the program itself is amazing. I learned so much during my 30 days there, not only about recovery but also about myself. Honestly, the 30 days went by so fast. I’m very grateful that I made the decision to go, and I would highly recommend Infinite to anyone who knows they need help but may be nervous or scared to take that first step. Sometimes taking that first step is the hardest part, but it can be one of the best decisions you ever make.
I absolutely loved it here, the staff are all fantastic, deeply caring, and personable, the classes are incredibly passionate and informative, and the counselors really go above and beyond for you. Would have absolutely… been a 5 star review if the communication between departments was better and more streamlined, as a number of important things have just fallen thru the cracks. I needed to be given testosterone, and every few days I was assured it would be taken care of, and now it’s a whole month later and still nothing has happened. I would still, despite that, highly recommend it.
I had a great experience during my treatment in the aluna program and my time at PHP. i highly recommend starting your recovery journey through infinite recovery
Was the best rehab I have ever been to would recommend it to anyone
I feel like this is one of the best chances for long term recovery, I had no issues with programming and all the staff genuinely cares about your recovery.
It was a good experience
Took me in ASAP, detox is nice, men’s residential is an intense and rigorous program but well worth it. Truly an awesome program and staff!!!! At sometimes things can get a little inefficient and dysfunctional when… staff is overworked, it would be beneficial if there was another employee. Other than that no complaints. Infinite has been great, the program and staff have been awesome
It was an amazing experience to be able to get sober at a place like this. It inspired me to go to AA meetings and meet people that I’ve never even thought about talking to before. Very comforting staff as well.
The program is AMAZING. Sincerely, it saved my life. The counselors and staff care tremendously about your recovery. It is comprehensive, educational and equips you with tools for life AFTER your treatment stay. I… cannot say enough about the program. Most of the staff is in recovery themselves so the empathy and support is genuine. That being said there is room for improvement. The food/menu is not set/monitored by a certified nutritionist. As a diabetic there were many times where I had to educate on what foods I could consume. The nurse told the kitchen staff that I could eat all animal protein but was only served chicken unless the main menu had other protein available. That however can be fixed. All in all it was a transformative experience.
They are willing to walk with you every step, moment and phrase of your recovery. They were intenvisley caring and understanding. I was comfortable and I felt safe while I was attending. I recommend that you definitely… give them a call and visit.
Great counselors, food is great, great facilities! Thank you for everything Infinite Recovery!
Staff are great and friendly. They will help you get your life together
At a very difficult time in a relatives life Infinite Recovery was a godsend. Gabriel was the person on the other side of our crisis, he was so helpful in getting all the information for admission and went above and… beyond, even arranging transportation to Buda, Texas Before I came across Infinite Recovery on my search there were calls made to other rehabilitation centers it Was very disappointing experience. In the middle of a crisis, a very difficult time and very hard thing to do. Staff on the phone were uncaring , Cold and rude. Thank you to the Infinite Recovery professionals, my relative completed the 30 day program. And is back on track to recovery. I highly recommend anyone needing treatment to take the first step and reach out to infinite Recovery for help.
One of the nicest treatment centers I've ever been to. All the staff, nurses and doctors were excellent. I would recommend this place in a second.
It was truly an amazing experience. Everything from infinite has been great. I relapsed and came back and didn’t have to pay a copay. They are not here for your money they are here to help. The staff is great and… understand. Especially when it comes to mental health. There’s 2 doctors that see you every week. Overall I feel blessed to have started my long term sobriety here.
It's a home that takes you in fixes you up and keeps in touch. I love Infinite Recovery. Great place and great people that are like family. Never thought I would say " I don't want to leave " .
I have had the pleasure of working with Kelsey from Infinite Recovery and have been consistently impressed by her dedication and compassion. One case that stands out involved a client who had been struggling to find the… right treatment placement for quite some time despite multiple barriers and setbacks. Kelsey remained persistent, explored every available option, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Thanks to her hard work and advocacy, the client was ultimately placed in the care they needed. She is an incredible community partner who genuinely cares about helping people find recovery and support.
This was a very eye opening experience for me. I love the Infinite staff. They are so authentic and really care. Shout out to my Therapist LaLa for the ART therapy. It really helped with my trauma. The Aluna program and… PHP was just right for me.
