Infinity Center LLC – Ashland Reviews
A licensing record says what Infinity Center LLC is permitted to do. Reviews from patients and their families say what treatment in Ashland was like, and those accounts are collected in this section.
I have been going to them for over four years and I have to say they are the best when it comes to addiction treatment. There is no shaming or looking down at u, they r extremely helpful and do their best to work around… everyone's schedules. They care and really want people to get better, not just write a script c u next month/week or whatever. Idk where some of these ppl got that they were rude or the place stinks. That's crazy. Everyone there is sweet and they are constantly renovating. I love the paintings and dearly love the phone booth.
I finished DUI classes today. I honestly wasn’t looking forward to taking the 20 hours at all, but Ashley made the class educational and actually kind of fun. I learned a lot and it went by fast. She even had snacks and… coffee which I took advantage of for sure. For a dude that didn’t want to do this to begin with, I’m actually glad I did it.
Very good programs available. The owner/instructor is very compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable.
Staff was extremely welcoming!!!! program was extremely informative! Affordable and overall had an amazing experience thank you!!
If you need addiction services or primary care, this is second to none.
This treatment center really "gets" addiction. They are professional and kind and treat people with respect and dignity.
Whole staff is unkind and disrespectful.
Strong urine smell throughout - Mikey.
They are the BEST
The absolute best addiction treatment center in the area !!!
I've gone here for several years, and I will continue here b/c the people working here are great. I've never known a place of any kind to say "hey, we know times are hard right now due to covid/jobs/yadayada and we're… waiving all fees for now" it's literally unheard of to me and ever since that I wouldn't change for nothing. They care. It's a rare thing. They don't look at you with judgment in their eyes, they wanna help. It's not a program you dread going to, even at fullswing.. so I highly recommend it.
I have only just started and am private (patient) pay in cash. The building was a surprise, wasn't sure if I was in the right place at first. Their motto is "Be your own hero" and everything is decorated in Marvel… characters and arcade style inside. They seem very kind and understanding and treat you like a person, not just another number. They will work with you much more than most places. They offer options like subutex, suboxone, and sublocade. They will work with you with cps to keep your children if you are in danger of losing them only for being in treatment. You get to talk to someone when you call instead of some 1800 number. They will work with you to taper you down on dosage if you are wanting to do that. So far, I highly recommend this place over any others. They do accept insurance but there's many that will not pay for you to go here. $150 every 2 weeks plus the cost of your medication at your pharmacy.
They were ok at first, but when I found a cheaper place and switched and then asked them to fill out some insurance reimbursement forms so I can get paid back for my out of pocket they totally clammed up! I've sent… several emails to them, tried calling multiple times and left voicemails but no reply! They are charging $75 per visit + your co pay and they are billing insurance......Hmmmm???? I'll update this if they get back to me
I don't dislike it I don't know nothing about it and wanted to know more ?
The Best place i had ever been. Really nice people that run it the groups are good.
Best therapy group ever
