I really don't know what to say about these guys. Case management services in DC already have a really bum rap, and I intentionally looked for a place with high reviews to try and get myself together. As Mr. Garrity put… it, these guys, especially Norbert, are really terrible at being places they say they will be. And being homeless or whatever, if I miss an appointment they will call me non compliant or not serious, but when they do it, suddenly I get lied to like some type of imbecile. The one therapist in particular, was really shitty and would miss appointments like he was Tony Romo catching a ball. I ain't saying you got to go to a street corner like Mr. Garrity, but you probably need to try and look elsewhere for proper treatment.
Staff do come and go but are kind and respectful of your needs. That dark cloud does move on for sunny 🌞 days. Thank you Innercityfamilyservices.

This place has the worst customer service ever, this location is a revolving door. They offer subpar mental health services, and it’s because they are in Southeast where the tan people are. Who ever the owner of this… establishment is could clearly care less about patient care. This is my second time removing my son from this place. Patient satisfaction is not a priority for this company, as they deal with a lot of drug addicts who don’t know the difference. I would never recommend this facility not even for my dog.
I have had a great journey. I will admit staff sometimes come and go but that's at any core service agency. If you advocate for your mental health you are going to get your needs met if you come in just to get link for… services like housing or your P.O. sent you then you are there for the wrong reasons and therefore the energy you put out is what will return to you.

The service here is not the best, the psychiatrist is always running 1 to 2 hours late. There are always outsiders coming in off the street interrupting a schedule conference that you may have with a staff member and… the staff member allows it to happen. There's are always cancelations or reasons a staff needs to reschedule an appt.
