About Integrated Behavioral Health Services – Lincoln (Site 3)
Integrated Behavioral Health Services operates in Lincoln. The site sits in Lancaster County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Crete, Seward and Yankee Hill. The practical catchment runs wider than the city limits, taking in people who travel in rather than finding care on their doorstep.
Residential treatment and partial hospitalization are delivered here. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Care offered spans more than one level, which means someone can move between them without changing provider.

Treatment Services at Integrated Behavioral Health Services
Residential treatment and partial hospitalization run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Assessment decides the level of care, so ask what that involves and how quickly it can happen. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Integrated Behavioral Health Services Address, Location and Contact Information
The service is based in Lincoln, NE 68502, in Lancaster County. The catchment reaches Crete, Seward and Yankee Hill. Confirm what a program covers before traveling in, since the level of care listed is not always the level with capacity.
Ask what a first appointment involves and how long the current wait runs before making the trip. Opening hours shift with staffing, and an evening slot one month may not exist the next. Waiting times vary with capacity, so call ahead rather than arriving unannounced.

Integrated Behavioral Health Services Reviews and Ratings
RehabSeekers publishes reviews of Integrated Behavioral Health Services from patients, their loved ones, healthcare workers and referring professionals.
If that describes you, a short, specific account of your experience with this Lincoln facility is welcome. Detail matters more than length.
I am writing this as an experience of a family member of a person that went in to the VCRC. The facility seems to be extremely understaffed. I had a signed release and called twice. Asked to be called when individual… was released. Asked to have a therapist call me. I was assured that would happen by the person I spoke to. Neither happened. If that was something that could not be done, then they should say that. Also patient let out with absolutely no paperwork or any discharge plan. That is really odd. This place is new and it definitely has some growing pains. I hope they have upper level mgt who want to do well by this place. Hire good people who care and want to work. Hope it can improve.
Terrific program management with higher directors
Horrible service and very nasty living conditions bed bugs and all! The staff don’t seem to care about anything other than money! They bill Medicade for your stay PLUS charge you $1300 for rent for a nasty run down apt… and the water is cold apt is cold no stove most airs no washer or dryer no microwave and no fridge no sofa and the groups are insanely ridiculous to be apart of. One staff came to work drunk and admitted to being an alcoholic so they literally hire anybody. Don’t send your loved one here!
There was an issue I had with third shift at VCRC. I was in dining room not asking for anything or talking when told by third shift lead to leave the dining room and go stay in my room. I tried telling one second… shifter I didn't feel safe or comfortable. She wanted to stay but couldn't because she would be in trouble upper management. I then went to a third shifter that I could trust telling her the exact same thing, she really combative and imparashal. I went back to my room in crisis not knowing where I need to go to stay safe. So I lock myself in the bathroom where staff found me crying. They then fabricated a story saying they found me with a bag over my head. When that wasn't true. I was treated so rudely by third shift for being in crisis. A day later I explained everything to management. But I also ask to see the incident report and was told I could not see that. They refuse to see that the third shift person I went to is dating her coworker who was on her way on her shift and who was one of the individuals I didn't feel safe with. When a client comes to you saying that they're not safe needs to be listened to they need call someone higher than the shift supervisor
Absolutely nothing to say positive! I just hope everything works out!
DO NOT SEND SOMEONE HERE terrible management horrible service had a patient go missing because they were "under staffed" no excuse for letting someone with a mental disability not being able to survive alone in the… outside world, and for them to just let them walk out and not call until 6HOURS later is outrageous. Nobody deserves that.
With having to graduate, I already miss you guys:( I had a very suburb and wonderful experience with how everything turned out for myself. I feel like a completely person now. With that that is what matters, so thank… you IBHS. Help other people out!
This place will make you regret ever to ask for help. They don't care about your personal life as long as you have insurance covered up they will keep you there for a long time. They don't care how much it's destroying… your life or how powerful you are what you have going on. They will twist it up to Mental Health Board keep you there and make you feel regretting for asking for help in a dark time of need. This needs to change because that should never be anything someone should feel and a mental health facility that claims help you with your mental health and get back on your feet. They violate HIPAA and the assault you avoid at all costs
I had been here for 4 years now, and by looking at most of the reviews, people are discriminate about what IBHS truly is. By that I mean 4 years of learning how to be independent really helped me to be a better person.… I learned about what budgeting is, I learned how to be more motivated, I even learned how to stand up and advocate my self socially. People who are judging should understand that it's not about what the person feels, it is about what they learned and how they utilize their independence further in the future. It is about choice. That is why I'd rate it a close 5 stars. I really don't care if people judge me, or my comment. My name is CJ and I have Autistic Disorder, with Schizoaffective Disorder.
Amazing, caring and supportive staff!
Also it’s better to go into the office than to call horrible about answering the phone or returning messages regardless of time of day
They put on a good front. All they care about is money. I’ll save the rest of my comments.
The clients are amazing the administration is deplorable. Not professional, they lack boundaries and moral ethics. Don’t work here or receive services here I’ve seen too many former clients fall in the gaps and struggle… after treatment from IBHS. There is no doctoral oversight this place is ran by a group of persons with a masters degree and big egos it’s a joke. Got a response from the owner Jeromie Luginbill within hours of posting a negative review weeks ago and 2 positive 5 star reviews from two current employees as a rebuttal. It took over three weeks before they bothered to send me the community survey, if anything this is just indicative and supporting evidence that this is a business that puts personal ego before ethics and action towards improvement. I appreciate the survey. It’s a shame there wasn’t a link attached in the response below. I remain dubious of how this survey response be evaluated and addressed? Since what I received a word document instead of a link to the accreditation website. I’m sure other community members would appreciate more transparency and love to share their own feedback and experience with IBHS. Response reply- Attach the link for the community stakeholder survey I’d be happy to fill it out. :)
