Integrated Wellness and Mental Health – Fort Smith Reviews
Patients remember things about Integrated Wellness and Mental Health that no register holds: who answered the phone, how the first day went, whether family were included.
If you have that kind of knowledge, a review in this section passes it on.
Dylan is awesome at customer service! He always takes the time to listen, understand what someone needs, and genuinely wants to help.
They actually care about their patients. My Doctor put me on a plan to where I can get off one of my medication that is causing me problems. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere feels welcoming.
Hannah Boaz is the most awesome therapist she listens and she understood my wife had encephalopathy she was very well knowledge of it she is the third psychologist I've had since I've been in Arkansas fired the first… two my wife had a dramatic incident was in ICU for 7 months and I didn't think she would ever get back to being normal Ms Boaz has put my wife on some medication my wife they are seeing light at the end of the tunnel thank you Miss Hannah Boaz
I have to give Dylan (Yuri) props he worked very hard all day getting in contact with the right people so I could go back to work after I had a normal side effect with a medication. Dylan went above and beyond to make… sure I got that note by the end of day. Their call center is amazing and very professional. Dr. Boaz is a wonderful doctor and really listens to you and doesn’t just shove things at you she’s excellent. Need a lot more Dylan’s on this team.
Very efficient and kind
They set your appointment way out and then you have a hard time getting your meds filled and then when they do call it in they have lowered the dose and hadn't even discussed it with me. Then they seem my husband once… and set up a second appointment he went set for 2 hours just for them to say they switched him to a new doctor and it was another month out now he's out of meds and they won't call them in???? Dr. Boaz assured she would not leave him hanging like his last doctor and it seems like he's left hanging. And if you say it's easy to get in sometimes same day that's a joke when you call to make an appointment they send you a text link to fill out a bunch of paperwork and then you have to wait for them to call you back and then your appointment is set for whenever they have an opening and don't be one minute late because it's a $50 no call no show fee
They took care of my problem immediately when I had an issue... With my prescription.
Very good communication.
I have been on a waiting list for 1 1/2 years for my special needs Grandchild who has severe anxiety and intellectual delays and non verbal., when I heard about Integrated Wellness Center from a social media site and I… called them and set up an appt. right away, the appt was a tele appt and worked out because he has terrible anxiety , I am now trying out some medication for him to help him have a better quality of life. I am very excited to start this journey and so glad that we don’t have to wait no more.
They walked through the entire visit and made it very easy and simple. They were very quick to respond and get me an appointment. And they were really nice and helpful during my appointment and with telehealth it makes… it easier to keep my scheduled appointments and be able to work. Very happy with them so far I give them a ten out of ten!
A patient, and to be honest and clear I have a single balance of $100. I will pay it but they are calling g folks on Christmas Eve trying to collect payment. The balance will be paid but to do this during a holiday time… frame is sad and unfortunate.
I called in August to make an appointment for a new patient evaluation in person and originally supposed to have an appointment on September. It’s now almost close to November and still got my November appointment… cancelled. The person in the phone has the audacity to keep calling me nonstop despite I’m at work and l cannot answer and still calls me nonstop. Definitely not recommend this place for mental health services if you need to seek mental health treatment URGENT.
I called to set up as a new patient and was informed that the only available appointments were through telehealth. I agreed to that first visit bc I needed med refills before they could get me into the office. Second… visit, scheduled for in office and then changed to telehealth. If a patient does not want to do telehealth and you do not listen to them, you should close your doors! This is a mental health facility and should care about the comfort of ALL patients. Will NEVER recommend this place!
Customer service is thorough. Once I found my way to med mgmt, the service was immediate.
Dylan is amazing. Krizz is amazing. Dianne Sutter is amazing, Nora--- these are 4 and the only 4 people I've spoken to or have had interactions with at this clinic, and I have to say I am blessed to have found them.… Thank you all so much. Shout out to Krizz for middle-manning everything when I was unmedicated prior to it, and shout out for Dylan for calling and handling my pharmacy and insurance issue. I literally left my house and got to the pharmacy in
The customer service is at a high with integrated and wellness. Dylan is excellent in answering my questions or any of my concerns.
Thanks to integrated wellness I have been able to set some goals for my self an having someone in mental health to talk to really helps me Breanna is very understanding an she explains things were I can understand my… mental health
I love Integrated Health and Wellness, they’ve moved into Anchored Hope Counseling Center, but still the same wonderful counselors, APRN’s, and the same caring staff! They’re very quick to offer GeneSight testing, which… is amazing! No more trial and error medication testing, no more waiting months or even years to find the right combination of medication for anyone! At my second appointment I had the exact combination of medication that has given me the courage to go back to school and finish my APRN nursing degree so I can help people just like me! If you’re on the fence, not sure how to pay, it’s worth every dime! They do accept Medicaid, you just need a referral from your PCP! You won’t regret it! I will be with Hannah Boaz until re retires! Love this place for giving me every opportunity to help myself get back to feeling like myself! Eternally grateful, thankful, and blessed to be a client of this amazing organization!
