Very good doctors
This is a terrible place to try to get some mental or physical health taken care of. They go through a lot of nurses. I had one nurse guy that would nod out while writing my stuff up on his laptop totally incompetent.… I’m leaving now with a bunch of wasted time and aggravated and they wrote negative comments on my record that will now stay on forever that’s totally incorrect
Lesley has been my dr for the last 15 years. I saw her when she started in Ace Channeys office in Hazard, Ky, then I moved back to Williamsburg when my parents passed and she was working there, so ofcourse I was very… happy to see her. Saw her there for the next year. 6 or 7 years later I was going to the suboxone clinic in Williamsburg, after she'd left there. Didn't hear from her for many years, then my counselor, wayne, at Dr hos office had gotten PISSED off and quit. I was DEVASTATED, I didn't want to start over AGAIN. So I called Wayne and he told me he was thinking about going to work for Lesley Phelps, she had just opened TWO suboxone clinics/family drs offices on master Street in corbin, ky. I looked her up right after I hung the phone up and made my first appointment. She hadn't been open very long so been there since the beginning. But for the last few years I have been seeing miss Debbie because Lesley doesn't work much and I don't mind really, cause I love Miss Debbie. She has always been good to me and she's fair. P 💜💓

The practitioner seemed to genuinely care and was refreshingly blunt and honest—I haven’t experienced that level of care in quite some time. The building itself is quite old, and there’s a noticeable odor inside, likely… because of the building’s age. The office is small and could definitely use some updates. Overall, while I appreciated the care I received, I hope the facilities can be improved in the future to make it more accessible and comfortable for everyone.

Don’t waste your time. Staff is rude very unprofessional. Staff even looks unprofessional. Office smells like something that has been locked in dampness for years. Not a clean environment. One practitioner I saw kept… pulling her phone out looking at it. Waste of your time.
Staff, doctors, and care are all amazing! My children see Dr. Leslie and Dr. Cassidy who are both outstanding. You are in good hands with them!
