It is very important for every patient to take some real time to seriously contemplate the extremely difficult, constantly demanding, emotionally exhausting, almost always thankless, yet crucial, work the courageous… young women of this office do each weekday. I am very glad they are there. They somehow remain ready to help me even when I totally do not deserve it. We should never take them for granted, but I am afraid it happens frequently. I just think it is important for me to acknowledge. Thank you ladies for all that you do!

Miss Andi has helped me so much, she goes above and beyond what you would expect. I couldn’t have done it without her she is my angel. I am way closer to the east side clinic but I drive the extra 25 min. They are all… so great.

After reading the current reviews on Google the obvious conclusion is that my provider Andi at JR South is an amazing human. I can’t say enough about her and the staff. I have had years of experience with treatment and… other providers and there is no perfect place. Andi is as good as it gets. She is caring, compassionate and professional. She is easy to talk to and is kind enough to allow couples/spouses to come to appointments. This was great for a one time thing for my wife so that she could understand and be a part of the process. Personally after reading the one bad review/experience I just have one comment. Why did they not go directly to the office? It just seems strange and I would never let someone write a review for me.(spouse/famili) I just don’t trust it and advise anyone who reads this to do the same. No one is perfect and even healthcare professionals make mistakes especially when they are busy. I think we forget they have lives also. I will conclude by saying Andi and the whole staff has my utmost respect and after moving I drive one hour just to see them, when I have an office much closer. This place and Andi saves lives, mine being one! I highly recommend them above the big chain clinics also.

I have been with doctor andi and her staff for almost three years now for addiction and mental issues and I have seen other doctors over the years and was right back in the same old shit . After meeting Dr andi and… starting treatment with her I have now been clean and sober for the whole time that I've been seeing her and my mental health and stability is remarkable not only was that accomplished but I'm pretty sure that she literally saved my life I was on a dark path to hell with no means of changing and no intentions on changing it but she has turned me a 180 degrees and like I said there's been other doctors,rehabs with no prevail but she has become family to me and I no where I would b with out her help she has been a miracle in my life that no one can contest therefore if your struggling with addiction or with what today's everyday life can throw at you and you think there's no way out your WRONG there is let's admit it does have to start with you but if your wanting the life that we all want deep down inside give them a call set up a appointment and let Dr andi help you grab life by the ass and take control of yourself believe me if I can do it anyone can so pick up the phone and make that call you will want to thank me and especially the entire staff at journey road..... So what are you waiting for??????

I cannot describe how Andy makes me feel as a patient. She is not like the other doctors she is just like us and has been through it and truly wants to help and it's not about money or anything she makes me want to even… better my life. And she is the only doctor that I ever actually am excited to go to I've always dread doctors appointments for anything but she makes me excited and I know that she will treat me with kindness and be honest and real Andy if you read these I love you and I appreciate everything you have done for me and my wife in our life and you always remember our names are kids names I still don't know how you remember from month to month on the things that we've told you and you don't even write it down and to me that shows that you care you are the best doctor I have ever had by far and you mean the world to me my wife and kids and I know you would do anything for us or anybody cuz you truly care. I wish I could pay you more for the appointments but you will not allow it nor the doctor's office. And if that don't tell people about you then I don't know what will thank you for everythingbut for the other patients as well. Hi I just wanted to say how amazing doctor andrea Kane is! She has been an angel the entire 5 years we’ve been seeing her. First off I wanna say Is I'm so grateful for journey road?This place has been more than just a Recovery center it has been a place of Hope and peace. Andrea Keene has been a lifesaver.She is probably one of the most… compassionate loving Dedicated nurse practitioners.I have ever had the privilege of meeting. The way she is so driven to see you.Succeed in your recovery.The way she makes you feel Like it's OK not to be okay. I have been had Nurse practitioners before look at me like I was a virus like i was scum that walks this Earth, because you had a sickness, but she has not the first time I met Andrea. I was nervous. I'm not gonna lie. My Doctor I was seen before left and I had to come to journey road. The first time I met her, her magnetic smile and her energetic ability to want to help you in any way shape or form. That's amazing? She is a true Beacon of why people succeed in their recovery. I have succeeded in my recovery Because I have a Doctor who believes in me who tells me She believes in me who encourages me. I love Journey Road. I know they do substance abuse but they also Deal with people that have bipolar disorder and other issues such as depression not just addiction. Dr. Andy is a fantastic Doctor Who is very Educated… and truly cares for the people she deals with and how fragile they are. She is not like other doctors that will just put you on a bunch of medication.I’ve been dealing with her for years and never had a Problem her office staff are amazing. Dr. Andy has a wonderful energy about her and she will go the extra mile to make sure that You’re doing great . Always with a smile on her face and she handles every situation with fragile Care I love that about her .I look forward to our appointments as she is more than just a doctor. Journey Road Treatment Center Southside location has been an absolute SAVING GRACE for me and my husband!!! Both the doctor and staff are always friendly and very personable and professional 😀 Dr. Andrea Keane Is… literally the best doctor I have EVER had! She listens to mine and my husband’s problems/issues and actually cares about helping us remain SOBER! We started coming here when we first got out of rehab and have remained sober ever since (that’s 3 years)! I become pregnant early in my recovery and Dr. Keane helped me find medications that were safe for myself and my baby! This office has literally seen my baby and us transform into successful law abiding human beings, and I wouldn’t change this experience for the world!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office if you are struggling with addiction, newly sober or just want a peaceful and uplifting appointment every month!! 😀

Dr. Andi is the greatest most caring person and doctor I have ever had. Any issues I have ever had, which ain’t many she has always fixed it within a very short time frame. She is easily the greatest doctor I have ever… had. Not just substance abuse, but as a doctor she is so caring on a personal level. The best place to go if you have an addiction. The staff is wonderful. The Doctor cares and she shows it every time I have an appointment. They truly want to help you and are patient while figuring out what works for… you. I would not be here today if it wasn’t for the Great people at Journey Road Treatment on Southside of Indianapolis. My Doctor is Andi she is the greatest doctor. She really cares about her patience. I’ve literally never seen her have a bad day. She is always kind and understanding. I probably would not be where I’m at today. If she… hasn’t helped me the staff are great. They always work with my schedule. The program really helps if you do it the way it’s supposed to be done. I highly recommend the south side location. I am closer to the east side location, but I make the drive because of the staff at this location. Please Note my entire post is in the pictures but I exceeded the character limit! I want to start off by saying I'm not bashing anyone or putting anyone down but Dr. Andi Keane is a joke... My wife has been going thru… Journey Road for over 2 years, never missed an appointment except for when she had surgery, never tested positive for any other illegal substance, never came up short on her pill count, really she's the model addict in recovery because she takes her recovery serious! Dr. Keane started off pretending to be my wife's friend and I say pretending because I will get to that point... Friends, gave her her number and said if you ever need me, call or text and my wife only contacted her twice, once when she was going thru a surgery and Andy said she would help her deal with the pain if the surgeon wouldn't but she never helped at all, actually I have the text messages with the Dr.'s phone number on it so you can see for yourself but when my wife reached out because her hysterectomy didn't go as planned and needed help, Andy blew her off, said she couldn't do anything unless my wife went thru the other Dr and my wife told her she tried with no results, Andy ignored her. My wife 6 days after surgery had to be on the phone pretty much all day with Journey Road just to get her prescription that she was already supposed to receive (this was in December). Then on January 13th my wife had her next appointment, tested negative for anything else and was on time... We scheduled her appointment 30 days out instead of 28 because her appointments would always fall on a work day and my wife works nights. Her appointment was set for February 12th (today) now from January 13th to February 12th is actually 31 days but since she was supposed to get her prescription today she wasn't worried, my wife did a great job stretching a 28 day script into 30+ days but she called them yesterday (February 11th) and let them know she had the Flu Virus Type A and Strep throat and didn't know what to do, they told her yesterday they would call in her prescription for a week and schedule her a week out so when we get on the CVS website to check the status there's no prescription... She tried calling them yesterday several times to find out why and finally after closing time and after the good Dr. Went home we were told the prescription wouldn't be called in until the following day because insurance wouldn't cover it... Once again her prescription is for 28 days and she's on day 30 so Insurance would have covered it but there was nothing we could do, when my wife messaged Andi she got shitty and told her not to text her anymore or she would have to change her number, here comes the next day and once again, no prescription. We called and called and called and no one would answer our call... They were open but they kept sending her to voicemail even though she explained she would be fine, Insurance would be fine but closing time rolls around and still no prescription. She tried calling Andy, texting her, leaving voicemails and text (which we have those as well), all together we reached out over 45 times with no response. How can you neglect your patients in recovery? What kind of Dr does that to an addict that has done so good and doesn't want to relapse? Our son had a Grand-mal seizure last week for the first time, our entire family is sick (we've all got Dr. Statements as well) and my wife is going thru so much, with work, being sick and stretching her prescription out past what she should have too and this is the kind of care you give your patients? I'm not surprised the relapse rate thru Journey Road is double from anywhere else in the state. What you did was negligent and irresponsible as a Dr. Was it your pride? Ego? My wife shouldn't have to go thru withdrawals while she's in a program that she's been so great at doing! Good news is she found an actual Dr. Who cares and in an hour over the phone he had her prescription already at CVS. Please get on here and try saying some dumb shit because we document everything. Your a disgrace.

I have seen people helping people but Andi goes above and beyond in helping her patients. She really cares for them. The woman is a saint! She is definitely where God wants her! Journey Road is definitely blessed to… have someone like her working for them.

I have been coming to journey road for around 5 years now and have never had any problems. I had the doctor that retired he was not great but since he’s been gone I have met with andi and now have Dr polar both are… great doctors! As long s as are you staying clean and doing what you should be doing you should not have any issues here. Some days you will have to wait awhile to get seen but usually you’re in and out within an hour. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone struggling with addiction.

This place is nothing short of a pill mill. Prescriptions ordered for controlled meds without any sort of testing performed, urine drug screens aren't verified for temp or even performed, and provider fails to call in… prescriptions time and time again with constant follow-up required as running out of medications happened time and time again.

Dr. Andi is the best. Very kind and caring and she knows her stuff. She even helped me with an insurance problem but she didn't have to help with. I love talking to her. She's always cheerful and helpful

I switched from CleanSlate to Journey Road and glad I did. The staff are pleasant, easy going, and non-judgmental. The prescriber is a wonder lady that read me like a good book. Knew what I needed and assisted me beyond… belief. The first ti.e I've ever been to a place of this sort and wasn't filled with anxiety. Very welcoming and warm

The staff here have always been my favorite people from journey road east! They brought the best people to the south one they could have picked! I absolutely love Dr. Andi Keane, she is hands down the absolute best,… most caring, authentic, beautiful soul , intelligent, and thoughtful woman, I could go on and on about her! I have only met one other doctor like this! I have seen and known this truly wonderful doctor for over 10 years, she honestly saved my life!
