About Keene Metro Treatment Center – Swanzey
Keene Metro Treatment Center operates from 1076 West Swanzey Road in Swanzey. The site sits in Cheshire County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Dublin and West Swanzey. New Hampshire draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment, an opioid treatment program and telehealth appointments. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves.

Treatment Services at Keene Metro Treatment Center
Intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Buprenorphine and methadone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Great people and a great place to get straight
Nice little clinic. The people are kind and helpful. This is the longest I’ve been able to be stable in my sobriety. My counselor is intelligent, helpful and caring. He’s open to receive any phone calls anytime I need… help or have questions. The nursing staff is nice too. It’s just been a pleasant experience all the way around. I’ve been there for over two years. I really appreciate the help. Thank you.
Im grateful to have them in my area. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The director is also very helpful to everyone, her door is always open! They deal with the insurance company for you, and are very helpful¡!… Makes you feel like a person, not just a number,Thank you Guys!!
I have been to habit opco in Manchester and Manchester metro and there are positives and negatives between all 3. What I do like about Keene metro is the day you do your intake you also see the dr. And start dosing… which isn't the case at the other two, one negative is since starting there 5 days ago the internet has been down twice so I was unable to go up on my dose which has slowed down my process to stop using do to the fact my dose is not yet high enough to get through even part of the day. Other then that I have been treated more then fair by the staff and the fact that there isn't as many patients here as in Manchester helps in many ways. All and all no clinic is perfect let's face it, it's all about the $ for all of them but Keene seems like I good place to go if your sick of running the streets all day wheeling and dealing.
This should be a 24 hour clinic not everyone can make it there on weekends by 930am and 11 during the week
The program works if you work it. Just like with any other program out there, you have to put the effort in. No one can do it for you. Depending on your insurance you may be able to get a taxi ride to the clinic each… day. No matter where you live. Do not let negative reviews sway you from making the decision to get clean. You can do this. These people can help. Everything they do is for the purpose of getting you clean. I know many people who have gained remission from addiction with the help of metro, including myself. When its a life or death decision, choose life.
No help at all... so far away. Why call it the Keene Metro, its in Swanzey.
