Klingberg Comp Family Services Inc – Hartford

I was assigned and have a court order to call and reach out regarding my minor child and I spoke with a person specifically a women named “MARCIA”, she was very much rude !!! she was not trying to listen or hear me out.… She gave me a disgusting attitude and I am highly upset about how she handled my situation. I called back and asked for a supervisor and she stated that she is the “higher up” and It’s sad that these type of people work for the state and environment that have no consideration of listening or speaking to someone in my position. inhumane.

The woman who supervised visitors who visit parents which her name was Nadine was being rude making false allegations about my parenting and lied about her position saying “I’m a therapist you respect me” in a loud rude… hostile tone. When I reported her she denied her actions and confessed she wasn’t a therapist. This place plays the facade that is very unobtrusive not many people know this place is bad. Klingberg family center gives advantages to the bad parents and gives disadvantages and abuses the good parents. The father of my children got what he wanted and mistreated my kids because he had to pay support and these people ignored it.

Love these place I appreciate everything they do for the kids and parents .
