I have been quite pleased with La Frontera Center. My brother has been a client of the Center for about 20 years and in that time, I have seen him make great strides developmentally. He has had a number of case managers… and commenting on his current one, Nicole, he says, “She’s easy to talk to and keeps in touch. She’s the best at getting things done.” As a long-distance family member, it’s important that he has a local team that he can trust and is supportive. Nicole is very responsive, communicates well and often, and in general is a great advocate. I have great respect for her and appreciate that we have worked well together to support my brother. I would highly recommend La Frontera Center and especially Nicole.

Nikki's amazing! She cares about the clients and goes the extra mile to ensure her client's needs are met. There have been more than a few times where I didn't know what to do or who to turn to that she helped me pull… through and figure out the next steps. I don't know if I would have gotten through the painful situations that I have had to deal with in my life over the last couple of years without her help. The staff in general is amazing and I'm so grateful for this facility.

La Frontera is so far the best. I am attending their IOP program which is great. You get alot of support for your mental and substance abuse needs. I love that they have a pcp there for any medical needs you can see. A… very professional setting with friendly employees. Riri at the front desk is always so helpful and always has a smile on her face The IOP facilitators are amazing! David, Ashley, and James rock! Always listen to you and support you 100%. Jenny the case manager is always on top of it checking up on you and making sure you got what you need.Briana the therapist is the best as well she really cares about you and your well being and I love that she listens and always has the best advice to give back. Overall the whole staff is amazing and I love the fact that If you need anything they always let you know they are there for you to reach out with no hesitation. Thank you guys for all you do.

My sister attends this clinic. She always says good things about the staff. She was telling me she had not been feeling herself lately and decided to go in to get help. She was SO thankful for the lady that helped her… and got her to calm down. She said she felt like a human being, that this lady talked to her with so much care and no judgment. She felt heard! And I would like to tell you Thank You for being so supportive and understanding with her, telling her that everything was going to be okay. Sorry I don’t remember your name I do know that this lady was a Spanish speaker working the front desk maybe you’ll remember my sister. Thank you for treating people with respect and kindness.Gracias Gracias

Horrible all across the board. The staff does not know what they're doing. There's no point on making appointments with them because it will just get rescheduled to a day and time that doesn't work for you. The only… person who even makes this review worthy of a one star is the lady at the front desk.

My husband and I are both patients here and, while the clinic has had its good and bad times, overall we have been very pleased with the groups, case managers and Drs/providers. Big thumbs up to Armida, Tracey P.,… James, Danny, Chad R., and the ever delightful Raisha at the front desk!

Best front desk staff you'll ever meet! I've been with La Frontera since I was a teenager. The psych doctors are not great. The case managers have a potential to be great and 3 out of 15 have been. Most of the time they… ignore you making you feel more mental than you are. You'd be better off managing your own case and that's really sad when you need help.
