LA Frontera's SCAR Project has greatly helped me in my life and career. Robert and Carmen have gone above and beyond to give me help with anything that would better my chances to be successful. From checking in with me… regularly to step by step help with my Good Cause Exemption for my finger print clearance card. It feels so good to have an amazing team in your corner. Who are always ready and willing to help you when you need it most or just need someone to talk to. These people are an inspiration and a blessing to all of us. It's good to know that you are not alone in life and that there are good people in the world.

My experience with la Frontera has been like none other. I've been in different treatment programs and also worked throughout different various mental health and addiction recovery facilities throughout Tucson and never… experienced the heart and encouragement that I have since being enrolled in IOP at the East clinic and residing at Magnotto house. At IOP Tracy and Chante run the program with respect, honesty, integrity. There's an energy in the group room that feels almost like a lost art in today's day with all this technology but loss of true connection. If connection is the opposite of addiction, IOP at East clinic, ran by the people currently running it, just might be a true viable SOLUTION. Thank you La Frontera for your programs and the people that work in your company.

I left here after being bullied by my Dr, case manager, and peer support. I never got any real support from any of them I felt more like I was on probation then getting care. I could only talk to my case manager 1x a… month and if I was in crisis I couldnt ever get ahold of my case manager or peer support. The iop facilitator would gossip about the members lives in front of other group members and the wait list for therapy was out 3 months. My Dr refused to fill ALL OF MY PSYCH medication AND SUBOXONE because I tested positive for barbiturates that are in my PRESCRIBED MIGRAINE MEDICINE CALLED FIORACET. They never even looked back at my chart to see what meds I was takingand if they did they didn't care. When I had an art meeting to discuss my challenges they muted me right away and kicked me out of the meeting. I'm now at community partners where I can literally text my case manager there's no wait list for therapy and they really do listen and care. I'll never go back. If your trying to rebuild your life I highly recommend you don't go to la Frontera.

Case managers are extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They have a tendency to damage your situation and then abandon it once they're done making life altering and irreversible damages in your life. There is no… doctor Deitz. My doctor is not a bad one, but this clinic is horrendous and PATIENTS ARE NOT CUSTOMERS STOP TREATING PATIENT RELATIONS LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THAT'S ILLEGAL. Also, none of these reviews reference anyone actually employed by this office.

Why is it every time I call over to this office or any law Frontera office you will take down my demographics and then tell me I don’t have insurance. You do know I can call my insurance provider and they will tell me… my insurance is valid and up-to-date. You guys keep lying to me.
