If you are looking for a psychiatrist who actually treats patients as individuals, look elsewhere. Legacy Behavioral Health operates on a rigid 15-minute encounter model that prioritizes corporate turnover over actual… medicine. The doctors here do not have the time—or seemingly the desire—to do research or look into updated treatments. I presented information on a specific sleep medication for my 26-year-old autistic son. Rather than taking the initiative to research the medication and get back to me with an informed medical decision, the psychiatrist simply denied it because he was unfamiliar with it. To make matters worse, he then requested that I either find a new psychiatrist or get a primary care doctor to handle the prescription. Passing the buck like this is completely unprofessional. He essentially admitted that he just wants to coast through brief, 15-minute appointments rather than doing the deep clinical work a psychiatrist is supposed to do. Very disappointing.

Honestly, in all the years I've been going to different Healthcare care providers. I have never been asked to do a survey, publicly on a search engine. If the company does not have the means to hire an independent 3rd… party to do a survey (especially when it's behavioral health care) , then I am saddened for all.

Legacy is truly dedicated to helping people. From the moment I walked into their office I felt heard and understood. My therapist Sabrina, and case worker Julie are such a blessing. Both women are compassionate, and… empathic. Their support and insight has helped me navigate through some pretty challenging times. They've provided me with the tools and strategies I need to better manage my mental health. Forever grateful!

Great service

This is a 5 star place, but i am giving it 2 stars for this review for one incident. Back in February my daughter was backer acted and we were trying to get her in to see a psychiatrist for a mandatory follow up. We… were scheduled with Dr. Pozzo March 3, 9 in the morning. we got there 3 minutes prior to her appointment, was checked in at 9:01 and went into the conference room for the telehealth visit. we were there for almost 30 minutes before we were told that he refused to see my daughter because we weren't on time. Yes we were were not there 15 minutes early like we should of but most places do give a grace period, depending on how long the visit is. we can't help when the receptionist checked us in. I am not mad with her as i do understand the medical field. Before i left i requested to speak to someone in charge and the receptionist said she would inform the director and she would contact me. i have called there multiple times and even have had my sons case manager help me try to get Dr. Allen get back to me about this matter. It has been 4 months since the incident and i still have not heard from her! I find this very unprofessional on her part. I do understand people have things going on, but 4 months is absurd. I have been with this practice for a few years now and this is the worst situation i have had with them. We have since been scheduled with a new psychiatrist since then and i do love her, but this situation should have been handled and me contacted

This place is a true blessing for our family! From the phone call help to the front desk and the Dr overall everyone was so kind and patient being I know nothing about getting help beyond informative and gave us so much… guidance! So glad my son is being cared for by such caring people thank you all so much for everything you do

Everybody was curious even the doctor

A place that sucks it doesn't like to let you sleep in any other place allows late appointments they don't

I like Dr Twari as my psychiatrist..he is very nice and friendly. His staff are lovely especially angel
