This is a very well-kept facility with versatile and inspiring groups and speakers. I have experienced a wonderful balance of personal and group therapy as well as motivational lectures.

I am forever grateful to the staff at LAC for their guidance, compassion, and support. I arrived on March 3, 2026, with no idea what to expect. I was honestly just hoping for one last chance. Just a month prior to… coming here, I was in a very dark place. I had lost all hope and reached a point where I no longer valued my own life. I was honestly convinced that I wasn’t going to survive much longer if I continued living the way I was. I couldn’t imagine a future for myself, and I had no idea how to pull myself out of the hole I was in. Looking back now, I can honestly say that coming to LAC didn’t just change my life, it saved it. From the very beginning, it didn’t take long for me to feel welcomed, accepted, and genuinely cared for. That was because of the incredible staff and the clients who became so much more than the people I happened to be in treatment with. They became my support system, my friends, and in many ways, my family. I have built friendships here that I truly believe will last a lifetime. The staff at LAC saw something in me that I had stopped believing was still there. When I had lost hope and couldn’t believe in myself, they never stopped believing in me. Through their compassion, patience, and encouragement, they helped me find my way back to sanity and reminded me that my life still had purpose. I will never be able to fully express how much that has meant to me, and I will carry their kindness with me for the rest of my life. Leaving LAC is incredibly bittersweet. While I am excited to continue this journey and begin the next chapter of my life, it is difficult to leave a place and the people who have become such an important part of it. Over these past four months, I have grown to truly care about so many of the people I’ve met here. The friendships, memories, and lessons I’ve gained will stay with me for the rest of my life. I will forever be indebted to LAC. You didn’t just help me get sober, you helped me get my life back. You helped me rediscover hope when I couldn’t find any, purpose when I felt lost, and a future when I believed I didn’t have one. I am leaving as a completely different person than the one who walked through these doors on March 3, 2026, and for that, I can never thank you enough. To every staff member and every client who was a part of my journey, thank you. Thank you for believing in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. Thank you for your kindness, your patience, your honesty, and your willingness to walk beside me during the hardest season of my life. You have made an impact that words cannot fully express. LAC will always hold a special place in my heart. I will never forget where I came from, the people who helped me find my way, or the second chance at life that you gave me.

This place was great, all the staff was really good and showed genuine care about my recovery. I definitely recommend this to place to anyone who needs treatment and isn’t sure about it. This place was not like a jail… or anything like it I had more freedom then I thought I would and it was a lot better then I was expecting.

This place helped me tremendously my case worker and therapist helped guide me through problems I thought were impossible to overcome at the time. I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction they… teach you to deal with everything day by day vs. trying to overcome it all at once.

You will not find a more caring, supportive, and professional group of people anywhere. These people will truly make a bad time in your life feel better and give you hope. If you’re struggling, I highly recommend giving… them a shot to help you out

Great experience with the staff

My stay at LAC was wonderful. From day one, I felt supported, cared for, and genuinely valued. Trey was an amazing peer support specialist who always made me feel understood and encouraged. Kerstin was outstanding with… case management and stayed on top of everything I needed. Amy, the director, went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and comfortable at all times. Felicia, my therapist, was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helped me work through my struggles with patience and understanding. Zach maintained excellent communication with my loved ones, which meant so much during my stay. Overall, I truly felt like part of the LAC family, and I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion and support I received from the entire team..

Lexington Addiction Center is a fantastic facility. The staff were professional, genuinely engaged, and truly cared about each person’s recovery. The group meetings were excellent and taught a lot about AA principles… and applying them in everyday life. I’m grateful for the support and tools I gained during my time there.

Great facilities, great people, wouldn’t have got sober and stayed sober without them.

the community here is what saves you, the facility itself is okay. could use more funding towards activities and enrichment. they did save my life.

I had been here multiple times and the last time around I was in a situation where I had to defend myself then I get kicked out no questions asked! multiple different staff members were very quick to take sides I have a… very strong opinion on lac because of this I am extremely disappointed. Then I was told that I can possibly go back to lac by the higher ups the day after I had got kicked out and left to go back home. I would say a lot more but I think my opinion should tell you enough! The whole situation absolutely enraged me!!

I went here a couple of years ago now and thought I had left a review. The mens house was a beautiful house in what seemed like a very nice neighborhood. Had plenty of space and nice chill area in the back yard. The… groups were good and was able to have some fun with them. The house manager Denny I believe his name was, was absolutely incredible. He lived the sober life to the fullest and was a phenomenal example of the steps needed to stay sober. Would highly recommend for PHP services.

This place gives false advertisement. There was no brain scan, No genetic testing done, and no Gym . She was released on false accusations. Staff was very rude and disrespectful to her health situation. And my wife was… lied on to be discharged. This place Discriminates against women of color and ppl with severe health problems. Due to strict nutritional needs per her Thyroid Disease they were not supportive with her and her addiction on that end. Not to mention they lied on her to her get kicked out the program. This is not a Honest program or advertisement. There are other and way more 5 star programs that will allow you to use your phone and get the proper care you need.

The staff is very supportive and an excellent resource for those battling addiction and related situations. LAC has been a lifesaver for me

In the short time that I’ve known Leanna Daniel, she has proven to have incredible integrity and wisdom, quickly becoming the person I constantly turn to. She listens without judgment, providing clarity and support when… things feel messy. Since she does this for me as someone she just met, I can only imagine the grounding energy and genuine care she brings to her clients. Anyone who works with her is in exceptionally capable, kind hands.
