Life Stance Health – Clarkston

No clue what happened! Jumped through their hoops with insurance, ID and had someone lined up. Waiting for response from that person to schedule appointment. 2 weeks later received a message that my appointment (that… was never scheduled) was cancelled and with someone else? I called and the person I was supposed to connect with was non responsive or asking for my contact info (story depended on whoever happened to answer the main line). Just under 2 months of chasing them and it occured to me that they just don't want my business?! No clue!

Terrible communication from this establishment. My child was scheduled for an appointment, but when we arrived they told us it was for a zoom appointment. We did not request or want a zoom appointment. Did not even get… an apology until I after I mentioned deserving one. I think I’m the mental health space these places need to be more communicative and empathetic.

Dr. Suzanne Lugger has been wonderful to work with. She takes the time to understand my needs and find solutions tailored specifically to me. She is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her… clients. I’m so happy to have found her and highly recommend her. If you’re looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable practitioner, look no further! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So far theyve been great. Appointments are crazy to make. Medication management has been great.

I had my first visit with Dr. Youssef yesterday. I was very comfortable talking with him. He scheduled me for some testing and I was very disappointed today to find out LifeStance only has two people who test for adhd.… And one who’s closest to me has no availability ever, I was told and the one who does, has a virtual appointment available in January. Very disappointing! Though I did like Dr. Youseff, I will seek help elsewhere.

The staff has been absolutely amazing. From day 1 to current I've been treated with the upmost respect and devout care. I feel comfortable and safe and feel more at peace knowing my mental health struggles have been… significantly more manageable. I appreciate it more than you all know. Blessings

No communication or customer service. After you checkin with an iPad covered with sticky note instructions in an empty waiting room, you will wait wondering if you have the wrong time. There is nobody to talk to and… they will not answer a phone call or respond to messages through their portal. You will continue waiting until you decide to leave out of frustration. Don’t waste your time here, find a professional company that actually wants to help people.

Scheduling, confirming, payments are all simple. I love Nonnie Humphrey. She’s incredible! I highly recommend the services at Life Stance.

Pretty cool. Kinda square but I can work with Dr. Yost. The deal fell through with Dr. Kushner.

Suzanne does an excellent job managing my medications and not over medicating.

This company requires you to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment even if you’re moving it to later in the week and if you aren’t aware of it and try to cancel or move even one hour after that time window for… any sort of emergency at all they will still charge you $100 no matter what your insurance covers as a penalty for having to move your appointment. Horrible scheduling not thinking of the customers in my opinion especially if you have a busy week or children.

I have been absolutely pleased with ease of scheduling my appointment and my therapist. I feel seen, herd and listened too. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for an amazing compassionate therapist.

I have been a member of Life Stance for about 7 years maybe more. They were close to me when I lived in their area but, I like my therapist so much that I opted for teletherapy so I could keep both of these special… women in my life! They really are wonderful and continue to listen to my issues, always being positive with every appt, especially with rescheduling my appts and most of all, being friendly, professional and kind to me! I hope to keep both of my therapists! I would recommend them to anyone!

I booked an appointment for my child for grief counseling with Heather Medrano. On the day of appointment I received a text with new patient forms, I logged on ten minutes early (10:50) to fill out forms however there… was a lot of forms and therefore I did not finish filling them out until 12 (11:12) minutes after the appointment time. I acknowledge that we were 12 minutes late to the appointment however we waited until after 11:30 and she never showed up. Their own policy states that if you're more than 15 minutes late it will be marked as a canceled appointment. We were not 15 minutes late. I called and basically they told me that I just have to reschedule. I will not be rescheduling because I felt that this was unprofessional that their policy states 15 minutes late and she did not check in to see if we were in her waiting room because if she had, she would have seen that we were there. I do not recommend using this therapist.

First time I spoke with Mr. Daren Jones It made an immediate difference and impact on my entire mind frame I would advise anyone who needs any kind of help to contact him asap
