Lifebulb is a nightmare for billing and scheduling. I don't recommend this company to anyone. It's clear the customers are nothing but a dollar sign to the company.

Tiffany Miller is a wonderful listener who approaches every conversation without a drop of judgment. Her empathetic nature and welcoming demeanor make opening up feel natural and reassuring. Anyone would be lucky to… have her in their corner!

Very unprofessional company and staff. My boyfriend and I scheduled a therapy session as new patients, the therapist never showed up and we were billed for services that were never rendered. They did not have any way to… contact the therapist that they booked us with, which is absurd. When I called to ask for a refund, the receptionist told me billing was closed, to call back tomorrow, and hung up on me after I asked her to leave a note in his chart for billing. I expressed my concern about being billed the day services were not rendered and yet they still billed his insurance. I would stay far away from this company, as it is clear that they do not look out for their clients or communicate well with their own staff.

We had a great therapist. She left for a new job. It happens. Trying to get a new appointment was met with rude call center staff and indifference. We finally got into a new therapist after several months. There were… all kinds of issues with the scheduling software. I had to speak to a scheduling manager to get them sorted out. We had to pause due to a medical procedure. When I scheduled again, I was given a virtual appointment, which doesn’t work with my kids. The new scheduling manager said she’d call me back. She didn’t. I called today and was met with a scheduling assistant that didn’t want to list. Another who gave me incorrect contact info to help escalate the issues. The company’s values says: Helping people is our priority. If you help enough people improve their lives, you can't help but improve your own along the way. I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes. It sure doesn’t seem that way.

Nicole Bergman is intuitive, patient and kind. She helps you work towards your goals while letting you navigate your own path. 5 stars, would see again :)

Nicole Bergman is incredible. She has dedicated her life to helping adults, kids, and animals. Nicole is always lifting up children and people around her and making a safe environment for taking care of anyone she needs… to. A little over a month ago my insurance was cancelled on me. As soon as I found out, I called my therapist to cancel my appointment. I called 22 hours before my next appointment. I know there is a 24 hour cancellation… policy and technically I'm at fault, but that is not why I'm frustrated. I found out that although there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, there is a form I can fill out because each case is reviewed individually. After filling out the form, I received an email back from the New Jersey site clinical director. She originally said I would not be refunded, and then after explaining my issue to her, she emailed me back saying I WOULD be refunded my $130 missed fee. Then I get another email from her saying that she made a mistake on her end and now I WILL NOT be refunded. I emailed her back asking her to clarify, with no response. Then I sent FOUR follow up emails over the course of a month, begging for a follow up or explanation, not a single answer. She's completely ignoring me! Like I said, I know I'm still technically at fault, but if you're going to tell me that I will be refunded and then make a mistake on your end, at least honor your promise! It was an extremely unprofessional encounter.
