My daughter and I have both had horrible experiences here. It is clear these people do not care about helping their patients.

This company is a poor excuse for health care provider. They refused an eval for a family member. I did get a call from the VP after contacting them via their website. She offered no help. Said she would give a follow… up call 3 days later. Been 3months still no return call. Sad even the VP has no follow through.

The people at this office have been wonderful to me. I am very grateful to them :)

Switched to this provider for their Wrap program as was told it could provide my child more in depth help, got a late referral because they can't keep employees, spent a month doing paperwork and telling the coordinator… stuff of my own child hood hadn't even covered with my therapist yet, had two monthly meetings, had to push for school involvement which was a big reason why I changed to there to begin with, was then told as my child hadn't been aggressive at school even though it was less than 6 months since their last suicide attempt that they didn't qualify for the program. It's also around cold and flu season cancelled one med management appointment hours before it was scheduled as my daughter had tested positive for flu A and was running 103 fever, next cancellation was due to myself being sick as I have a compromised immune system, so to punish me for what the consider no shows even though I called hours before her appointment her Med Management Dr refused to refill her non controlled substance medications until she could see her again which was over two weeks so effectively taking her off her medication. Fast forward to today where my child has a scheduled appointment show up to the location only to find out theres some kind of scheduling error and her appointment that we're already there for has to be rescheduled, so they can't even call and let you know before you show up to their office but heaven forbid you don't give them 24 hours notice when you cancel or its considered a no show yet they cant even call clients and offer anywhere near the same courtesy. This place is an absolute joke for mental health services.
