Not been here for care. However, needed some helping navigating the mess of a VA system because of total incompetence and uncaring Robley Rex. The staff are absolute Angels, spent time assisting me over the phone when… nobody else had a clue anywhere else in the VA system 😇 🫡🇺🇸

I have been coming to this clinic for the past 3 years and have not had a bad experience. Normally seen within 15 min of scheduled time and staff has been friendly and professional. Only negative I have is the turn over… of Doctors. Seems I have a new one everytime I have my annual appointments.

Another classic case of how the VA doesn’t really take care of veterans. Your time is of no concern to the staff - you WILL MOST likely wait an hour or more past your appointment time , even when the clinic is mostly… empty of other veterans. Plenty of great posters about all the hotlines available to veterans, but don’t be on any kind of schedule or plan anything else, because you will probably spend all day there. You might even get seen eventually.

My father a veteran who is disabled ,and unable to drive. So when he needed a driver , and someone to schedule followup appointment I was there. This clinic is clean, new, local, and a friendly staff who generally care… for or veterans. 5 stars and a thank you to a student nurse who bedside manner is outstanding.
