Malinda Graham and Associates – Savannah

If you are looking for a therapist in Savannah, do yourself a favor and skip over this office. Unprofessional behavior from all staff involved. If you want the sessions you pay for to be filled with therapist discussing… their own personal lives then by all means book an appointment here. Therapists here are not neutral bodies but instead insert their personal opinions and own bias into your care. They clearly do not care about their own safety or the safety of their clients. I will be reporting the particular staff member to the Georgia Composite Board of Professional Counselors, Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists to ensure they don’t have the opportunity to set this low of a standard for someone else’s therapeutic care.

I would just like to say Mrs. Debra, has been wounderful my daughter. I myself went to therapy my whole life and she has showed me methods that I never knew about.

Kay is such a compassionate and welcoming front desk associate. I’m very thankful because she makes me feel our family is appreciated and accepted at MGA.

This office is very poorly ran. Counselors are late and the receptionist is clueless. I took off from work for a scheduled appointment only to be told that my appointment was rescheduled without anyone notifying me.… When confronted the counselor blamed the receptionist and vice versa. How can you help others with mental health issues and you can’t even run an organized business and have effective communication.

This office is a joke. The counselors are late to their appts with clients. The counselors advice for my daughters outburst and physical abuse towards me was to let her yell and get it out of her system. My own… counselor went MIA on me. She never answered her phone, never returned any messages, I talked to the supervisor and she talked to my counselor who told her I was always a no show, haven’t tried to call or anything which is untrue. I would highly recommend not using this office.

Everything about this office/mental health therapy group is off & Unprofessional. From them not answering the phones, to moving offices without even notifying patients. To the facts that the "doctors/nurse… practitioners" only interview patients via Skye to PROVIDE MEDS(and this was long before COVID)... Like wouldn't a professional want to physically see a patient at some point??!! Do not trust YOU'RE CHILDS MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY TO THESE PEOPLE... THE STATE SHOULD KNOW HOW THEY ARE HANDLING the Mentally ill.... They need to be held accountable
