If I could give Mayo clinic in faribault zero Stars I would I have had the same doctor wariboko for 3 years now all the sudden he decides to cut me off of my medications for anxiety I have begged for weeks for help I… ended up having to find myself a different doctor because Dr wariboko is saying that I am on medication that I am not on he's the one that prescribes the meds and doesn't even know how little or how many he's prescribed of what it's ridiculous you cannot trust me a clinic guys try to find somewhere else besides Mayo they do not care about us they do not care about our health they do not care about our well-being it's unfortunate I thought that I had a real winning doctor but it turns out he's just like the rest there for the money not the patient care he took a hypocratic oath and lied he does not take care of his patient's properly it's disgusting when a doctor would rather have you by your anxiety medication illegally off the street that says everything that you need to know about the clinic and the doctor shame on Mayo clinic and shame on Doctor wariboko

I have never had a problem there. They are so friendly and helpful. I appreciate them. So anyone that looks at reviews negatively needs to think this may be just one person who had a bad day.

Highly incompetent phone service, I don’t even think they know how the Faribault clinic operates. Plus I doubt they know anything about Epic orders. They give so much misinformation to patients, this needs to stop! They… tell you “you can come in” and take no responsibility when they waste your time for a lab with no orders.

I fail to understand all the negative reviews. First class patient care. Compassionate caring staff

Wouldn't recommend going in the afternoon. Unless you're OK with zoom meeting with counselor. Got a second opinion elsewhere. Maybe in person is best for me but I wasn't informed when making appointment it would be a… zoom meeting in office. Not a fan of telehealth in general unless you have no other option.

Good and welcoming. Maybe they changed employees.

Well unfortunately I would give this place zero stars if I could. Not to mention phone options are horrible and unnecessary. I had a c section and preemie baby the 14th so just a few days ago. The Mayo Rochester… hospital advised that my baby HAS to be seen on Monday for a check up appointment. I wanted to do something closer in town so I didn’t have to travel far with how small she is, she’s about 4 pounds or less right now, and my primary care could only see her in Chanhassen today so I called Mayo so they could see the baby and do her check up today instead. I sat on the phone for almost two hours, got transferred and then I was helped by someone who couldn’t get through their lines to see why I couldn’t get any help which was very frustrating. I eventually was told that I would a receive a call back once they figured out what was going on. They advised they saw my note in the system that my daughter had to be seen right away due to her size and her being newborn. I was then told that since her primary care will not be Mayo that they refused to see my newborn daughter for a necessary check up, and to look elsewhere. Yes, I repeat they REFUSED to see my newborn premature baby. I could not believe they would refuse service to newborns, or anyone for that matter pretty unethical…

Very upset that you guys changed the phone options you now have to enter your date of birth and I have been on hold for way to long and can't even get to the department I need.. They answer and say we will transfer you… they do but then it starts asking me for my date of birth again and I keep going around and around in circles 🙄 Very frustrating and so much harder then it was before....

It is an outdated theory they follow and the diagnosis follows you around your entire life.

The general staff are caring people. But the counselors make you feel like you're less then human.

Go here if you would like to be completely ignored about your past medical history. Don't worry, you'll leave worse than when you arrived, especially if you have some sort of anxiety problem they don't seem to be able… to address. When PTSD finally kills me I sure hope the good people at mayo Faribault send a card.

I have been waiting for for MRI results for long time so I called several times leaving voice mail and they don’t call me back to bad I can’t rate with zero stars

Maybe because these people work in a hospital they don’t think they have to show anybody any type of respect or customer service. Absolutely some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with.
