Plenty of waiting room, they cater to all the older patients ❤️ and I've never had a long wait.

I don’t have enough words to express my frustration and disappointment with this establishment. At least with the Urgent Care department. I’ve been to this Urgent Care in the past five months for different issues and… each time I feel as if my concerns are consistently dismissed and my health is not taken into account. I will say as for a particular doctor I would not recommend seeing would be Konstantin Shatskikh. I saw him recently about my severe allergies and he mentioned how it could be my indoor cats. When I mentioned wanting to get an allergy test so we could confirm he kept denying it/saying there was no point. I went in today to get my hand/wrist looked at after having pain and numbness/tingling on and off for a week straight and I was told to just keep taking pain medications as I have been and to wear a brace. I will only be returning here for appointments and will not be recommending this clinic.

Worst clinic since they cut locations. As long as you fit their build you should be fine but if you’re outside that good luck. Building cookie cutter America one patient at a time.

I have doctored at Mayo for almost two decades despite moving throughout the lower half of the state of MN. So glad Kaila Sullivan referred me to Sara Robinson because she is a super smart and kind individual. Who would… not want to doctor anywhere other than the top medical center in the country, arguably, in the world? I was bummed when my physician left because developing a good rapport can be difficult with a new provider. I have confidence though that this transition will go very well. It sucked having to change clinics and providers because of the closure of SEVEN MAYO CLINIC CLINICS but the Trump administration has no desire to properly fund rural healthcare clinics and doesn't care about prioritizing the needs of the American people as much as Mayo Clinic Health System does.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sara Robinson for nearly four years and first started seeing her when she was a resident. I feel very fortunate to have her not only as my doctor, but my child’s doctor as well. She… consistently treats her patients with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. She takes the time to truly listen, explain things clearly, and make sure concerns are addressed thoughtfully. Dr. Robinson has gone above and beyond for me in so many ways. She was incredibly supportive during the time my child was born, and that level of care has never wavered. She has also spent countless hours helping with complex paperwork for getting approved after denial for my SSDI application and advocating through difficult insurance processes for multiple mobility aids. She helped me get approval for a rollator walker first, then a custom manual wheelchair through insurance, including navigating a denial and appeal. Most recently, she supported me through the process of getting push-assist wheels for my chair, which essentially makes it a hybrid. These types of mobility supports can be extremely difficult to get covered, especially through Medicare/MA and all closely together as well, but Dr. Robinson never once complained about how many times I needed her help advocating with insurance. She approaches it with patience, determination, and even a smile. In every interaction I’ve had with her, she has demonstrated strong professionalism and a clear commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. I have always felt safe, heard, and supported during my appointments. It is rare to find a physician who is both highly professional and deeply compassionate, but Dr. Robinson truly embodies both. I am incredibly grateful for the care she provides and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and dedicated doctor.

Someone I care deeply about—who has brought so much light, kindness, and joy into my life and into the lives of so many people she encounters—went to this clinic for the past couple of years. She was always a good… patient. Her former PCP, Sara Robinson, nurse Angel, and my friend worked well together. For three years, she spoke very highly of Sara and Angel. I never once heard a bad word about them. That’s why I am extremely angry at how this clinic treated someone I love who is autistic over one autistic meltdown in a three-year period—especially when the situation was initiated by clinic manager Wendy, whose lack of experience with autism clearly escalated things. My friend genuinely believed she had an appointment. The entire situation is disgusting. Then there is Dr. Sara Robinson, who initiated a dual relationship by befriending my friend, then later flipped the script and painted my friend as the problem. This is especially disturbing given that Sara has been in trouble in the past with Mayo for dual relationships, including giving out her personal cell phone number to patients. Sara was in serious trouble in the past a few times, where she dealt with the legal side of things with another former patient and was directed to seek mental health therapy, and is now facing reevaluation of her ability to practice medicine in August 2026—so she chose to protect herself by using someone with autism to befriend and get close to as an emotional anchor and as a scapegoat that she could later flip the script on, lie about, and blame to earn brownie points to secure her failing job, a job she should not be allowed to keep. The even more disturbing thing is that Sara Robinson clung to my friend extremely hard when she learned my friend had undergone serious abuse protecting other dual relationships in the past—a few that nearly cost my friend her life. When Sara learned this, and when she was already in deep water needing to secure her job and future before the assessment from past issues with other clients and her upcoming recertification in August 2026, my friend was already recovering from a relationship and has always been someone who just loves making people feel loved and supported. Sadly, my friend was the perfect target that Dr. Robinson chose to use. It all sickens me. Honestly, I believe my friend should sue. However, she is incredibly kind-hearted, and it takes a lot for her to take legal action against anyone—especially someone she loved and cared about deeply as a friend. My friend is extremely spiritual and tells everyone about Christ. So the truth of the matter is my friend still loves and cares about Sara Robinson and the one nurse gal. My friend protected Sara for years and, in many ways, acted as her therapist. She has let far worse behavior from others go simply because she loves people. I don’t see her pursuing legal action, even though she deserves justice. I live in Florida, and since my friend is too kind and stubborn to speak up, the only thing I can do is leave honest, detailed reviews exposing how awful and manipulative Mayo is. Mayo is greedy and money-hungry, willing to manipulate situations and flip the narrative to protect themselves. They will lie, commit patient abandonment, and make things up to keep the truth from coming out. It’s no wonder this clinic’s rating is so low.

I had my first appointment with a doctor there last week, and he scheduled for me to come back today because he needs to follow up with me. This morning I get a message in the portal--not even the courtesy of a phone… call--that my appointment today is cancelled due to a 'template change,' whatever that means. I called to reschedule and they put me out to Dec 31--five weeks away, when I'm supposed to have a follow up with a week. Either that, or see another new doctor in two weeks. This is the opposite of taking care of patients.

I have had my fair share of hospital visits and Mayo Clinic in Mankato has yet to let me down! My Primary Care Provider, Kalene Mach, is the most incredible doctor I have had to date. The nurses and safe are incredible.… The place is always beautifully clean. The outdoor garden and food pantry fridge available are an amazing touch to add after some stressful visits! All around amazing work by my whole team and cannot recommend them more! ❤️❤️❤️

Don’t appreciate having my appointment canceled without my knowledge without a lick of communication to tell me that it was cancelled. Not a text, email, phone call anything. Wasted my morning for no reason. Also the… first doctor I ever saw here named Jodie was awful and I never went back to her thinking I’d give another provider a chance because maybe it was a one off. I think I’m going to switch doctors offices altogether at this point

Whatever you do, don't have hereditary tremors and try to message your doctor. The nurses don't seem to grasp when you've told them (not to mention the diagnosis is right there in your chart!) that you aren't trying to… be rude by sending multiple messages that include spelling errors because you cant help it! The shaking is uncontrollable.

Awesome Mayo customer service rocks it again!! I misread the time on my appointment and instead of having me wait an hour or have to come back, she fit me in behind people who were already waiting. Thank you thank you… thank you! Automatically a great start to the day!
