Last weekend, I walked into the ER with chest pain & tingling on my left face and left fingers. I was immediately brought back and all the medical staff were awesome. From Nurse Apprentice Nick, Nurse Amir and PA Nicole… I received excellent care! Once I was admitted up to the cardiac floor all the staff there were compassionate and competent. The nurses John & Mike were great and the hand off to the on call cardiologist with Clearwater Cardiovascular Dr. Hakki, was seamless. Mease Dunedin is a real jewelry and both times I have been there I have received great care! Keep up the great work:) The one complaint I do have is that Bay Care was sending me texts asking for payment while I was still in the ER. I feel that it was highly inappropriate while I was already stressed out enough about my health.

I have been a patient here twice now. No offense but hope NOT to see you all anytime soon. Both visits I received excellent care. My last visit i came in with pain so bad i was beyond myself. From the registration, to… the nurses to the Docs I have not had such amazing care from a staff with excellent bedside manners. I have worked the medical field for 25 years before changing my profession and the demeanor of the staff here has got to be the best I have seen and experienced in a very long time. The care I received was above and beyond. Thank you to everyone for helping me with the pain and finding the crazy source of it. AgainThank you!!!!!
I had an excellent experience for my Total Knee Replacement. My preoperative appointments were well organized and staff was nice. In the introductory session I expressed some special needs to Noelle, she listened,… understood and followed through to let the staff know. Impressive! For day of surgery, the 2 nurses assigned to me, Jen and Holly were very kind, efficient and thorough. My care after surgery with Diane and Chris was also excellent ! Julie was kind as well. Really nice experience, including a hand signed card wishing a speedy recovery from the entire team Thank you!
We had an emergency with our child in the middle of the night and went to Mease Dunedin Hospital. From the moment we arrived, we received excellent care from the doctors and nurses. Our child ended up needing emergency… surgery the next day, and everyone we dealt with throughout the entire experience was kind, professional, and very attentive. They made a stressful situation much easier for our family. We are very thankful for the care we received and would highly recommend Mease Dunedin.

My son was admitted after slipping on the pool deck and needing staples-he was taken by a friend, after a call to authorize admittance, a short 10 min drive - he was being discharged as I was still completing the… admittance process. Great staff, clear communication, wonderful care...and blessed it was a slow night to get in and out fast.
Every nurse and Doctor was extremely kind and professional. The kind man ( Tony ) that rolled me in was gentle and understanding. I wish I could put everyone’s name down but I was a little too focused on the pain in my… foot haha. I just moved here and am thankful for the kind staff, nurses, and Doctors in the ER that took care of me tonight. Very quick also! I was immediately seen. Thank you Dr. Chappell for everything!
Lady at the operator call was rude as hell to me when i tried to have her transfer me to the emergency room about 3 mins ago aug 18 941pm forgot her name but she was extremely rude on the phone and hungup
