William A. Delago is amazing! He ran the Pulmonary Function Test for my mom and was very patient and helpful throughout the test. He also made us laugh! It’s so refreshing to see someone in the medical field who shows… genuine compassion and willingness to take time to listen and make sure my mom understood what was happening through the test. Thank you William!

I took my 87-year-old Mom. They treated us with such Kindness from the time we walked into the door ,back to the surgery room and once we left, everybody was so nice and professional thank you so much. This was the… second time we had been there and both times were great

Have been waiting to find out where my grandfathers room is for half an hour after being brought in by ambulance and the entire time waiting to find out what room we were harassed by a junkie homeless person not even… being seen. Genuinely so disappointed by this hospital.

I was admitted, via the ER, for gallbladder issues. Ultimately had surgery, which went well. I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience there. The doctors, nurses, and their staffs were professional, courteous and… attentive. Everyone was friendly and seemed to like working there. The energy was positive. Felt like I was in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to use the hospital again. My only suggestion for improvement would be to update some of the facilities, which are aging.

A loved one of mine had to have open heart surgery. The cardiac team was amazing and nurse heather was amazing!

The last time I visited the ER wad by Ambulance after fall. They rushed me thru,and missed the concussion I had. It took 7 months to recover. I'm in the process of switching Hospitals. To bad I liked it,it's close… enough to my house. I can understand being busy,but they shouldn't rush people thru.

I had a wonderful experience at Memorial Family Healthcare. Kathy at the front desk was welcoming and check-in was fast. She had answers for all my questions and very helpful. Dr. Kadous and his team were very thorough… and listened to all my concerns and explained my treatment plan clearly without making me feel rushed.Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for compassionate care.

My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed. The entire staff was very calm and sweet with my son. I appreciated the reassurance from the anesthesiologist and surgeon. I appreciate them for taking such great care of him.

I recently had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and 2 months later, had a full replacement of my right knee. I am very impressed with the efficiency, attention, and care of the pre-op teams. After my knee surgery I… spent some time on the sixth floor and was very happy with the care and assistance I was given. I highly recommend this hospital.

I had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Carrie Dieker after my second surgery. She is very professional and I am very pleased with her care. I would recommend Dr. Dieker at Memorial Medical Center to anyone who needs a… general surgeon.

Wow! Very fast work and very nice employees. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

We really liked my daughter's anesthesiologist, and everyone else we came in contact with was nice. My only issue is why do they have children, littles, waiting multiple hours before surgery... just waiting. She went… 30/45 minutes without seeing anyone. My daughter's operation didn't require an IV so we were literally just sitting and waiting with nothing to eat or drink for multiple hours before they finally took her back. Thankfully it was quick, but those few hours waiting with a baby who doesn't understand why that can't have anything, that was rough.
