I started out with a therapist that really didn’t work for me, and I found one that worked for me perfectly someone who really listens and gets me but also can tell me when I’m not right. It’s very important. Hold me… accountable to help me change some of my habits that don’t suit me very well For this I’m grateful it isn’t always perfect, but they’re always there for me..

I have been a member I believe for 6 years now. When I call I always have exceptional help with the girls at the desk. I miss Dr Bateman sincerely. And look forward to my relationship with doctor Bassil

I usually arrive early and Mary greets me right away. Very friendly staff and Mary is well prepared for my visit and genuinely cares about my physical and mental well being.

Cape Behavioral Health has been so wonderful for my son. Dr. Main has helped him immensely, especially with getting him on a med regimen that works for him. We had spent a couple years trialing different meds at another… facility with no luck, but right off the bat it seemed like Dr. Main understood my son and knew what he needed. I also recently started going for myself and saw Deborah Pittman. She is vey pleasant, a good listener, and so comfortable to talk to. It’s hard to find good mental health services on the Cape, but Cape Behavioral Help has been amazing! Give them a chance if you’re thinking of reaching out.

Had 2 wonderful conversations so far with Deborah P. She didn’t judge me, was patient, helpful, and thorough. I’d absolutely recommend Cape Behavioral Health Center!

I have had a great experience with the Behavioral Center. Everyone is very polite and helpful. The professionals Danielle and Viviane are completely competent and dedicated. Because they speak my language, the support… is much more effective. I am very happy to have this privilege.

Occasionally in life, horrible events have fantastic consequences. Being connected with Danielle Bassil at CBHC is just that. There are no words that I could put together that could adequately describe my appreciation… for this connection in life. Danielle has a special gift in her ability's coupled with a knowledge and understanding in medicine. She takes the time to both understand and explain whatever issues arise. Were feel so fortunate that we crossed paths. The road had been very very long and bumpy but thanks to great help and compassion from Danielle and CBHC things there’s a true silver lining.

I have had 3 therapists in the past year. First one was not a good fit. 2nd was favorable but had to leave for personal reasons. New one appears to be a good fit but we've just begun. My point is that this agency has… not let me linger long before finding me a replacement. The psychiatrist I have is very helpful and if she doesn't know an answer, will check it out right away. She keeps me up to date on medications Finally, the 2 women who check clients in are very personable.

Often, it takes several tries before matching successfully with a therapist. At Cape Behavioral Health we hit the jackpot the very first time more than once. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and… compassionate.

I've had a couple of different therapists, some of them good, some horrible. The one I have now is one of the good ones.

So I recently just switched over to this doctors office cause I was having problems at my other doctors and let me tell you this place is great. My doctor Mary Kelly is amazing. I had to go in and see somebody at the… front desk to schedule an appointment and she was also amazing. Got the message right over to my doctor and my doctor called me within an hour and got everything settled. Went out of her way to do it. This place seems like a great place and I’m going to be staying here. I’m very glad I found this place.

Called maybe 5 times and left a message and no one answers or even called me back ridiculous.
