Unfortunately, we spent a lot of time setting up this service for our daughter, but we were cancelled and had scheduling changes multiple times. When we had the service, it was ok. Then they unilaterally decided to… change providers without really letting us know until a month of no-contact and no-scheduling from their side. It seems they lack management and staffing to be able to provide any consistent services to kids in need.
Love the providers. They have helped me and my son navigate through emotional and mental problems.
