Looks like all of the good will that they built up over the past 4-5 months wa for absolutely nothing because today was a kerfuffle beyond measure. First, when did they start closing at 9am on Saturday? I know that it… used to be 9:30am. My ride was supposed to come at 9 to pick me up at my house, but they never Showedm up so I had to pull my bike out of the garage even though my doctor told me to avoid exercise due to my poor circulation in my legs but it was 10 minutes after 9 at this point and missing one day of dosinhis d able, however it's not recommended, but 2 days is impossible for me. I arr&irved at the clinic door at 9:21am and the door was already shut and locked. Two seconds later a patient came out and said Anthony was on his way to talk to me. I guess he is a counselor. He said absolutely nothing to me. The only thing he did was slam the door in my face and roll his eyeswhen I was trying to talk to him but he made damn sure to lock the door. I demanded to speak to the Program Director but He ignored me and everything I had to say so I proceeded to let him know what I tthought of him, New seasons, and their ridiculous weekend hrs. All of that was crap but the biggest issue I had and the incident that will probably end up as a lawsuit in court was that Anthony let a black patient in after I went through my incident and he was allowed to get his medicine. In fact, the black patient didn't exit the building until 9:48am. Having a rule like that is one thing but it better be equally enforced across the board. I'm already in communication with Farah and Farah to see what my options are. Choose your treatment center very wisely. Ask around to people that go to them. Ask every patient you can about the pros and cons of that particular clinic. Don't try to be Superman and go through this hell by yourself. Good luck and I will be praying for you.
I've been coming here for almost 10 years and have worked with 4 or 5 different counselors over that time. The wait times have definitely been frustrating at times, but recently I've been able to get in and out in a… very reasonable amount of time. Even though I was knocked down a phase because of a nurse giving false information, I can honestly say this clinic has helped me tremendously in my sobriety. No place is perfect, but if you're committed to recovery and willing to put in the work, they can be a valuable part of that journey.
I want to take the time to say I really appreciate Ms.Latricia she’s the PRC here at the clinic without here and her dedication I would have been homeless without her helping me to get insurance. It’s a mess up here at… the clinic we need a security or police people here overdoses in the bathrooms fighting threatening staff and us as patients please call me if I need to help.
I appreciate the nursing staff but the rest of the place is totally out of control. There are people everywhere in the parking lot hitting you up for anything and everything and there are people sleeping on both sides… of the place. I go there to help me stay straight and strong and the environment is completely the opposite of that. I don't understand why it is so bad there. They need far more staff. Now there's is a fed ex truck parked right in front w people living in it, and it's been there for a month.
I am absolutely thrilled to write this review for Lisa Daigle, the shining star at the Duval County Treatment Center. Her dedication, compassion, and expertise have not only impacted her colleagues and other patients… but have been a beacon of hope in my own treatment journey. Facing serious medical challenges can be daunting, but Lisa has been an integral part of my care, always going the extra mile to ensure I feel comfortable and cared for. She takes special measures to accommodate my needs, making sure I’m in and out as swiftly as possible, which is a true blessing. Lisa consistently goes above and beyond, providing personalized care and support that truly makes a difference. Her ability to connect with people on a personal level, paired with her vast knowledge, makes her an invaluable asset to the center. Her leadership shines brightly in every project she undertakes, often spearheading initiatives that improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall efficiency of the center. Her colleagues rave about her unwavering positivity and willingness to mentor others, fostering a joyous and supportive work environment. In summary, Lisa Daigle embodies the core values of empathy, professionalism, and excellence, making her an indispensable part of the Duval County Treatment Center team. Her contributions not only enhance the lives of those she directly works with but also uplift the entire community through her commitment to quality care. Truly, she has a heart of gold, and her presence is a gift to all of us! THANK GOD FOR LISA!!!!🙌❤️🌹
Wow I never thought I'd say this........... This place SUCKS!
This place has made a real turnaround, and I can honestly feel the difference. Having Security Officer Smith here means everything to me. He greets us every morning with respect, makes sure we understand the new rules,… and creates a sense of safety I didn’t realize I needed. Ever since he started, the parking lot has been calm and problem-free. After being attacked last month, walking in here was scary for me… but knowing he’s there makes me feel protected again. I’m truly grateful for him
I love the fact that my counselor Mrs.Payne is always available and always there to help! Even the people who is not on her case load and also the lady who always at number 1 keeps a smile on her face!
If you want to be humiliated patronized degraded laughed at yelled at have counselors putting their fingers in your face . They have the lowest Caliber of human beings/employees. They do not care about you and they… definitely don't have your best interest at heart 💯. I asked half a dozen employees for 4 minutes worth the help and they all passed the buck and its always something on a daily basis and they have an excuse for everything. Not to mention i was yelled at about how she doesn't make enough money to help me. Who do yall think you are seriously yall are running a trap house not to mention how yall pretty much extort your clients its money over clients. i have even had staff agree with me about how I should find a place elsewhere we are going through enough in life to have to wait for 2 hours to get some medication every morning not to mention ignorant staff there actually are people out here who need you great support great job pushing them away i know a few of them really needed yall
This place is amazing. You can get the most methodone in the whole city at this place! I was at two hundred at north florida treatment center , and I came here , and they bumped me up too 300 hundred milligrams!!! I'm so… excited 😊 🤗 I'm going to get some bars and nod out good!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been clean for 2 years since I started the program.. New Season saved my life.. I'm so grateful
Absolutely ridiculous. You want us to get clean & be responsible but sit at this clinic for 2 hours every day. Make it make sense. I’ve been here for 2 hours & there are 4 nurses at the windows but haven’t called 1… single person in 25 minutes. Some of us have kids & jobs.
If I could rate this place 0 stars I would Iv been here since 2016 it was great the first couple of years now it's the worse clinic I'm bout to find a nother clinic to go to they dont care about no one and all of them… are rude
Love it
Been a patient here for YEARS & I love it especially my nurses, Ms.Stephanie & the director Mr.Eddie. I can't speak for others but for me the staff has ALWAYS been patient when dealing with my nutty ass Lol
My personal experience here has been horrible. In 3 years here I have had 4 counselors, or just not had one. My previous counselor has just left, and I guess he decided he just wasn't going to do any work at all for the… last 6 weeks. I arrived yesterday morning with several holds on my account to learn my new counselor, isn't at work that early. Another counselor tried to help me, and I was under the impression my holds were removed and I was good to go, but I would have to touch base with my new counselor sometime yesterday. Getting to the window, after waiting for 50 minutes to find out I still had a hold on my account and couldn't dose. My new counselor had arrived and I ended up waiting for another 10 minutes for the director to come in and tell me he couldn't help me. When I finally get to meet my new counselor I'm informed my paperwork is months out of date, and it's going to have to be redone before I can get my take home medicine for the week. It ended up taking so long I had to leave without dosing, and was a liar about being there for as long as I was because the computer told her I wasn't on hold anymore. The director doesn't manage the counselors, the Engage app only works correctly 75 percent of the time, and no one cares about you personally. I've never been so disrespected at a medical facility, and I don't understand how this place has a rating higher than 2 stars. Save your time and patience and find someplace that's ran better and more professionally. I'm now stuck here until I can find a way to transfer and not have to loose my take home medicine for any amount of time.
They have a new insurance lady she's messing everyone up I am sure she's pocketing money people who have Medicaid should not owe a past due balance and now there refusing our medication. MO needs to go before we all die… from them refusing our medicine someone please help us.
This place saved my life ,a lot of ppl think it's a cop out but for me I had a lifetime of drugs and alcohol addiction and all my wires were crossed and cut into 2 but the Method one helps put things back together and I… can manage my life now ,thanks New Seasons
I have had a good experience at this clinic, my councilor is great, usually in and out avg 10 min wait for dose, update on my POST. Was at this clinic for almost 5 years, lost my job so lost my insurance and these… clinics are totally for profit, no money, no dose, needless to say after 2 weeks of being dope sick ready to die went to the ER and got more from the doctor than this clinic who are nothing but legal drug dealers, again no money no dose. Would highly advise people to see their own doctor and you can get suboxan for $87.00 a month vs $500.00 a month in these shut holes who really don't give a shit if we are lying in the street dying.
I have been to many different clinics before this one is a cut above the rest . Eddie is the director there and what he has done with this place is a blessing he treats people the way they want to be treated and cares.… His ideas and changes that he has made were hands down very much appreciated and done well and has made my time there a very special one. Eddie thanks for your work and continued work to make this a welcoming place for all.
Amazing program that really helps people
Edited: I have been going to this clinic for about 2 years. While there have been some issues along the way, for the most part the clinic has operated efficiently. I am a disabled veteran and the clinic accepts payment… from VA insurance which saves me a tremendous amount of money. For that I am very thankful. Counselors have been fantastic. Stephanie and Alexis are both very very helpful and professional. I am certainly in a different place today than I was 3 or 4 years ago that's for sure. Quite simply you will get out of this what you put into it, for me it has been a life changer.
