Metro Treatment of Florida LP – Lehigh Acres Detox and Rehab Services
What Metro Treatment of Florida LP – Lehigh Acres offers, on record, is detox, intensive outpatient and outpatient care. The withdrawal stage is clinically observed, which is what makes it safer than stopping alone. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. A proper assessment sets the level rather than leaving it to guesswork, and it is worth asking for one explicitly.
The record does not show integrated provision, so confirm this if it matters. Medication and talking treatment run together under clinical oversight. Ask directly about session times and frequency, as those details decide whether someone can realistically attend.

Very understanding not judgmental and they make sure u get help quick they keep u comfortable always
Great place with some great staff. They truly care about their patients and Chelvine is the best counselor ever. Thank you for everything New Seasons
Very awesome staff. Nurses are wonderful, counselors are amazing, the techs are spectacular, and they give out free lollipops. Not only do they help you with the medical treatment, they support you in every other aspect… of your life. They’ve changed my life for the better. Without New Seasons, my addiction would have destroyed my life, and I likely wouldn’t be here today. But just when I got to the point where I felt absolutely hopeless and about to give up, I found out about New Seasons. At first, I didn’t show up for a few of the intake appointments because i felt iffy about whether or not I was ready. Then finally, I felt so fed up from the same destructive routine everyday, I finally decided to go in and give it a shot. It has been about a year since then, and I am now able to save money, fix my relationships with family and friends, and pretty much rebuild my life because of the support and treatment from New Seasons. The reality is, it is never too early or too late to seek help and end an addiction. The sooner you choose to do it, the sooner you can get your life back on track. Thank you New Seasons, this wouldn’t have been possible without you
💜💜💜💜
First of all, DON'T BE EMBARRASSED to reach out in an attempt to get some help. It is okay to accept the fact that you have no control over your addiction. Thankfully New Seasons has opened a clinic here in Lehigh Acres… and what a blessing it has been. At first there was major employee turnaround (Councilors, Nurses, Directors, etc). This year they have gathered an amazing staff and it has been running very adequately and ensures that the patients have all the tools necessary to begin and continue their path to recovery. They are my personal life saver. I can only imagine where I would be if I hadn't taken the chance and gone to New Seasons. If you are serious about recovery, the tools are right there to assist you on your journey. The staff is amazing. They are the real Rockstars. Personally I would recommend this clinic 10/10. As long as you have a positive attitude and treat everyone with respect, you will be given the same in return.
This specific place is a serious place where they detect absolutely everything because they have cameras everywhere, and I highly doubt that you can sell in the parking lot there, as she said. Absolutely negative.
New season went through a rough patch, they've since worked out those bugs as of 8/18/2025 this clinic changes lives. The staff truly care to help and work with the clients. If you've been on medication for pain or… coming from the hospital and need management, or plane old want to get your life back on track. New season receives a high recommendation. We pray to God everyone finds support at new season in Lehigh acres
This program will work to help you with anything you need help with. Yes it sucks with the revolving door of counselors. But if anyone has been on program & clean you can have take home bottles it’s been a yr. And I… pick up my meds monthly & have been for at least 6 months. And I’m down to 25mgs got my life together was able to save more money then ever!!! Got health together or moving along nicely I don’t even think of getn high.Sometimes I even forget to take my meds! If you follow the program you should not be there 2years & have nothing not even a 2bottles to show for it, your not clean or following any directions & there’s not many. Pick up c ur councilor 1 maybe 2xs a month if needed. Or more if wanted. Someone is always there for you. Thank you New Seasons! & yes we all miss Sam and Arianna, she started tough as nails, but once she knew u,she was a doll! I loved & miss them both. Sometimes when we’re lucky Sam fills in. 😇
This program save me from being sick, so I’m grateful it was right next to my mother’s house 10 minutes away so anytime I need to go get my courtesy. At least I know where to go. Thank you for helping me from New York… City.
100% better now with this new director as well as counselor’s. The new director is doing a amazing job. I sure wouldn’t want his job. He’s just fair. That’s what this world needs.
I bring a family member here and Don's right it's a complete joke. It breaks my heart Because these people are trying their hardest to get their life's together and this clinic is a joke!! Their staff doesn't even show… up ( other than Kathy, who does really care) the guy that runs it is never here there's no one to complain to. And you have the nerve to write back And say you're going to address the issues I've been bringing my family member here for almost 2 years now and it was once ran by a good man who went on vacation and never came back. You people are in it just to make money you don't really care about none of these people. You should be ashamed of yourselves...
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. LEAST YOU CAN BUY YOUR DOSES IN THE PARKING LOT FOR HALF THE PRICE LOL. AND ITS SAFE STRAIGHT FROM THE CLINIC OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR INTO MY SAFE BOX! SO YES ITS SAFE AND CHEAPER!!
NEW SEASONS IS BY FAR THE BEST CLINIC ANYONE CAN GO TOO!! I HAVE SEEN NOTHING BUT SUCCESS STORIES SINCE I STARTED GOING THERE!!! IF YOU WANT A LIFE CHANGING EVENTS TO HAPPEN THEN TOU HAVE CAME TO THE RIGHT PLACE! ITS… NOT OVER PRICED, THE STAFF TRULY CARES ABOUT EACH PATIENT AND THE TIME THEY TAKE TO WORK WITH YOU IS VERY IMPRESSIVE!! TTHE BEST PART IS WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR WE MAY EACH HAVE A NUMBER BUT AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF GOING THEY EACH KNOW YOUR NAME!!!! THANK YOU NEW SEASON FOR.GIVING ME A LIFE CHANGING EVENT!! I WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL!
Been there & got clean. Unfortunately I gotta go back for a short stay!. (Better than Par!¡!)..
Guest dosed there for a week ..friendly, understanding, and welcoming 🙏 😀 👍
This place is definitely better than the alternatives but, I feel that the Rehabilitation place as a whole is not up to the standards that a place like this could be.
I attended this place for 4 months and was treated rudely on numerous occasions. Look. I understand a business that’s busy or even “understaffed” but the complete lack of care and overall level of service provided was… below stAndard and down right offensive at times I will be filing a report and I have taken my findings to the News-Press of Ft Myer. Some actual details of proof of this actual eyewitness account of MINE the counselor there by the name of Joslyn, there must be more training for these workers as it’s not helpful and in some cases even a detriment to our recovery… As well this is a very serious time for patients dealing with addiction it’s another PANDEMIC THE OPIOD PANDEMIC but yet at this establishment patients such as myself treated poorly. As if all this wasn’t maddening enough I am a U.S Army Vet served at Ft Campbell KY in the 101st airborne and yet I feel as if I am a sickness to your “nurses” I don’t expect any response my counselor was Maria and she was lovely but the “nurses”at the windows pharmacy is horrendous.
There has to be help out there somewhere with people that will respect you and treat you like a human at the end of the day I am a paying customer Does anyone know the phone number to there corporate office
Don't go to this clinic! If you transfer from another clinic they WILL NOT honor your previous take homes. They have a high number of false positive drug screens. I'm currently waiting to dose because the only nurse is… on vacation and now the director forgot the code to the safe so we have to wait 4 hours here to dose , or not dose. AVOID
This place started out great. Gave me a chance to start a normal sober life. As soon as I was stable and started to build a life for myself and my family they completely took it all. Never once had a positive drug… screen. They took all my take homes from me because they never entered me in to earn them due to COVID I was given them. As soon as COVID was over they were gone with our warning. I lost my job I am now losing everything I have worked so hard for. I am sorry I ever started here. If I wasn’t this strong I would have relapsed. If I could give zero stars I would.
This is the absolute best methadone clinic I've been to, and I've been to four different clinics over the years. I've always felt respected and cared for by the staff. If you are looking for an answer to opiate… addiction, you've hit the jackpot!
I had abused drugs and alcohol for 27 and a half years into I came for this place feb 18... I’ve been clean and sober ever since praise God and praise Lee County Treatment Center...they saved my life ..period ..end of… story...I was as bad as it gets y’all ..and these cats helped me ...I have a debt to them money can’t pay ..although I’ve moved across the country and attend a different clinic where I’m lowering my dose every month now(65)..I will always love this place ..don’t be nervous..go ahead ..save your life and come in ..they will help you begin to live again....Stetson
This place cares about people ...... I thank God and pray everyone who comes recover from any addiction.... Thank y’all & nothing but Love
