Love speaking to my psychiatrist!! It’s like I’m speaking to a friend now. I’ve been seeing her for probably 2 years now. Her advice and intuition on how I’m feeling is always on point. The prescribed medications she… has me on are perfect for me!! Very happy with my experience!

Christine is a great listener. She understands my disposition and prescribes medication carefully.

On 8/20/26, my son was prescribed an anti-depressant. The same day, CVS left Mindful Care a message asking them to obtain a pre-approval from insurance or prescribe a different medication. I or my son spoke with… different Mindful Care customer service reps who said the matter would be escalated. I asked CVS to try to contact the Dr. Desai. They sent a fax and left a message again. Today, 8/28, CVS sends me a text that they have had no response from the prescriber.

They have screwed up appointments and billing with me more than 4 times. VERY disorganized and are very quick to bill for services BEFORE provided. To that extent I experienced last minute cancellations, a no show a… third time, and billing up the wazoo that I have spent an inordinate time disputing. Quick to bill, slow to respond. I have reported them to the BBB and FTC. They are disorganized and disreputable. Sad to say because the mangers have been very nice just super slow to respond and woefully inadequate. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER.

Been seeing a wonderful therapist for a little over a year now. She has been very helpful getting me through a very tumultuous period in my life! Great support!! ☆☆☆☆☆

My psychiatrist is awesome and I really wish I could see her in a different office. The mindful care staff however, leaves a lot to be desired. I have been trying to get 2 of my records for months. I tried chart request… with no success and this place's office staff is is so incompetent you are better getting your mental health needs met elsewhere! Seek help elsewhere so you don't have to deal with the incompetence of the office staff here! You have been warned.

Mindful Care has been a great tool to help me navigate life with Anxiety and depression. Jennifer Torres is an amazing psychologist. Also Amy Dittler as a psychiatrist. I have stuck to my therapy because they are both… great.

Jennifer Ramirez puts a view on DBT therapy that is completely new and SO HELPFUL to me and all of those close to me. Her combination of vast knowledge and ease with communication is so freshening.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The person I work with (Christine Tada) is very intuitive, listens well and has a sense of humor.

I've been going to MINDFUL CARE and it has helped me with my C-PTSD a Traumas immensely. My therapist Frank is freakin amazing!! I feel so safe working with him and to me being and feeling safe when doing Trauma work is… vital. I feel if you don’t feel safe you can't grow.

Very easy to set it up at first. Appointments are on time. Staff is very nice and listens to your problems you are dealing with.I Had no problems getting my prescription. So far has been really great.

From the moment they opened office in West Hempstead I have been seeing Nick Obertis and I am truly grateful with the care I have been receiving.
