Dawn was vey nice to speak with. I had a small issue with billing but it was resolved quickly. Great customer service on their end. Five star.

My whole experience has been so amazing with mindful care.

I thought my mindful care individual was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in meeting with me for our first session. I believe that she will be an added asset with me attaining a good mental attitude.

The billing department is horrible. Service is not good. I think they have overseas people handling everything.

This place is an absolute joke. I’ve never seen a business – of any kind, operate with such an atrocious level of communication. You quite literally cannot contact the office or your physician. Everything is done… through 3rd parties in foreign countries. It takes days to get a simple response (even on things like a medication refill) and the response is usually lacking, at best. Most times the person has no idea what I am talking about, and I have a hard time understanding what they are saying. This company should not be conducting any business at all, much less in the mental health space.

I love my group sessions, we’ve all connected in the most significant way. We cry over people’s accomplishments and you can tell there’s just real love and support to be found. One thing I deeply unappreciated, I was… told I neeeeded to attend micro therapy, and if I didn’t I would be kicked out of the program. I also dealt with someone who spoke to me in the most accusatory way when I was just trying to get my prescription filled. Didn’t love either of those experiences. My fellow group members and I, we’re all there for our anxiety, trying to learn coping mechanisms, to stop being afraid of our voices, it’s messy to threaten anyone in the program. I feel that needs to be addressed, honestly. I love my group though, so thank you for that. Kayla is a fine group moderator, keeps the conversation going, doesn’t threaten us, and she learned us very quickly, we love her.

I would give zero stars if I could! First of all, good luck on even getting your first appointment within a month, so hopefully you don’t need too much help. Second, good luck getting them to show up to that first… appointment without cancellation and not even making you aware that it’s been cancelled! But be prepared to be reprimanded if you show up 4 minutes late! If you need a script, lol good luck having it actually show up to the pharmacy with INSTRUCTIONS!! This place is a joke! Pathetic excuses of “therapists” they give you 20 minutes!! In that 20 minutes they will ask you such random questions, not remember anything correctly from previous sessions and then just say ok see you next time! No tools given to deal, no coping mechanisms, just talking!! If you need real help do NOT contact this place! Truly they should be shut down!!
