Monsignor Carr Institute – Buffalo Address, Location and Contact Information

The facility address is 20 Rich Street, Buffalo, New York, 14211. Buffalo sits in Erie County. The catchment reaches beyond the city itself. How someone gets there matters more than it sounds: travel is one of the commonest reasons a course of treatment stops partway.

A quick call before you go will settle directions, parking and what to expect first time. Where travel is difficult, ask whether an initial appointment can be held remotely. Admissions lines are frequently busiest early in the week, which is worth knowing if the first attempt fails.

I was scheduled to see bridget one month ago. I called because I am going through an incredibly difficult time right now and I really need someone to talk to about it all. In this time I have only seen her once and… spoke with her via telephone 2 weeks later for less than 40 mins. It was supposed to be a full appt but she decided that she didn't want to come to the office that day. Probably because it was so close to the holidays. She tried to end our second phone appt (which she had earlier insisted it be face to face) after less than 45 mins. I had things I wanted to talk about but she is just asking me all these personal questions and not offering me any of the assistance that I need right now. I told her that I was not happy with this process and her lack of concern and professionalism. She said she would look into setting me up with a counselor that was more mature and closer to my age. I asked how long it would take for her to get back to me, because I could not wait any longer. I need help. She insisted she would get back to me by the end of business the next day. That was 3 days ago. Thank you bridget for not taking my needs seriously. Thank you for reaffirming for me that there really isn't anyone who cares. There really isn't any help. And LaTasha-you know very well I did not "freak out" on you. You went off on me for calling too early on your first day back to work. And then the other secretary called me and was rude also. Why would I want to return to this place? I wouldn't.

Unorganized, unproductive and useless. They just want your money. Your well being isn't a priority. If you go here, I will pray for you.
