I had trouble controlling my anger, especially at work. The sessions helped me understand my triggers and respond differently. It has improved my relationships a lot.

Olivia absolutely changed my life. What an amazing therapist. I came to her in renal failure on dialysis, lonely, deeply depressed with no hope in my future. In a few weeks she made me realize I could be happy… regardless, and I had the greatest day of my life up to that point with my friends, even through all my troubles. All these years later I have a second transplant, I have a wonderful partner and I am working and graduated in my field. I thank God everyday for putting morning star in my life and helping me get past the hardest moments of my life. She saw me weekly online and took care of me, she nourished our relationship and had patience with me. I highly recommend, and above all don’t lose hope. Dr. Nathacha Padrino, who worked with them for two days, is wonderful, but the staff is useless. I had the worst experience. They forget appointments, never tell the doctor about emergencies, make mistakes with… appointments, and don't care about the patients' well-being. The staff is terrible. Very kind staff! The compassion, COMMUNICATION, kindness that my therapist provides on each appointment has made me know one thing, that I am value, worthy and that I am not alone! Thank you Mr Pelaez for your hard work… and support in this difficult times! One thing is for sure that I learned with you Mr. Pelaez that I will make mistakes and learn to learn from them, I have learn to forgive my self, and specially I thank you that I had learn to laugh when everything falls apart. When it comes to therapists, they paired me with the best. When it comes to administration, Isabel and Lourdes are great. When it comes to psychiatry and scheduling... they have ruined me. My spirit is broken. Been… dealing with issues and extreme anxiety with appointments and doctors since the beginning and I was too scared of change/anxious to go elsewhere. But I should have just gone because I lost everything. I lost my disability, my chance at being a mother, and my hope. If you're severe and REALLY need reliable* doctors who realize the importance of your mental health and listen to you- don't go here. And avoid Sylvia Silva DeLuc at all costs. I got nothing but being told I wasn't as severe as her other clients in the 5 minutes that she knew me. She is the type to push a patient into a dark place of self doubt and self hatred... I know, I'm there.

This place is an absolute shirtshow. Incompetent staff horrible hours they're always missed appointments and after 2 years they refuse to do electronic prescription means you have to take time off work to pick up a… piece of paper in 2022 just to turn it over to the pharmacy and then deal with their hassles all because they're too cheap and lazy.

This place is the most incompetent and unprofessional place in all of Florida. Don't take your children here. Don't waste your time with the doctors; the staff is the worst. Customer service is terrible, and they never… do their job properly. I hope everyone reads this before going to this awful clinic. I give them a 0 out of 10. They have absolutely no consideration for children. My son was left without medication, they never call, and the doctors have proper hours. Neither of the two psychiatrists is any good. My son was kept out of school because of a disagreement with them, and they never called me. He went a month without his medication due to their lack of professionalism. I called, and the doctor had no answer. Never come here.

If i could give this place NO stars i would. They offer services to give therapy at home and complain abouy having to go to your home. The therapists there are unprofessional and have zero idea of what real therapy is.… I have been taking my child there 3 months now and have not seen any improvement. They are fraud and only wanna collect money from the insurance company.

My experience today at this place was awful. It's unbelievable how I was mistreated for arriving 7 minutes late. I had to wait while all the patients who arrived after me were seen, and the first time I arrived half an… hour early I also had to wait over an hour. Terrible service!

I've been taking my son to this clinic for two years now. It's the best clinic in Florida, I recommend it 100%. Put your children in the care of the best specialists.
