Mountain Comprehensive Care Center – Lexington (West Zandale Drive)

SOO I’m officially not going here anymore. The other one star comments about drama, inconsistency, etc. It’s all true. This place is understaffed and unprofessional, my advice, avoid it if you actually need mental… health support.

The incompetence of the front desk is astounding.

Nothing is consistency there and so much drama in which we come to learn and heal but how

The folks here have taken really excellent care of me for many years. The office staff are friendly and kind, the psychiatrist is understanding and patient and the therapists are professional.

Quite possibly the best mental therapy place. Everyone is very nice and they answer the phones. They only have two phone lines, so if you get the standard message, leave a voicemail or call back in about 5 minutes

This place does a horrible job

Do not waste your time here... Forgets to call me when they said they would more than once... had genetic test done, was told it would take 3-4 weeks for results, been 2 months now and still no phone call.. I also… requested for a new therapist but again never got a call back for that either. Super disheartening when someone like myself is desperately seeking help for mental health but you quickly realize the people that were supposed to help you do not actually care about you.

There scandia's and crooked people that don't care about human beings they should be fired that's what's wrong with the system there crooked people working in the system taking from the poor not helping them that's why… we have a homeless population problem the problems not homeless it's the system that people working in there crooked I would even gave him one star you can give them zero Stars they don't deserve Stars they definitely deserve to be behind bars and liars they don't even like they have no compassion no empathy God help y'all I pray for each and everyone of y'all

Had an appointment scheduled for my son for over a month for trauma therapy. The staff did a terrible job telling us what documents to bring in and refused to see us. Brought in everything they said we needed and then… needed more stuff upon arrival. No apology no accountability no care at all.

Don’t want to say anything negative but this rating is after long time observations and not just a result of one situation.

People are very kind and straight forward to the point. The people are interested in your problems and appear to be very caring ! Thanks.👀
