Quick and fast! My son recently had an appointment there for an mri , and everything went fast , check in , to being seen to talk about results. Definitely a 10/10 !!! And they also have a park for the kiddos which is… also a plus .

Everyone is wonderful every single time we go! We have been to many different specialists over the years and they have all been great with us. We never have to wait to long for an appointment and we are not left waiting… to long when we are there. Highly recommend!

Exceptional hospital. We first stayed over Christmas 2024… this place was a blessing. We are here now… exhausted, frustrated, scared… and yet we trust this hospital with our children’s lives. I try to thank random staff… whenever I can.
The ER at Nemours is amazing. I have been here several times because I can never get an appointment with my sons pediatrician office. The ER team will see you in a reasonable time and are very thorough. Dr. Palmer and… the nursing staff Yancy and Peter made my son feel comfortable the whole time even if it was scary for us parents. My son needed a brain MRI and the patient educator staff (Dan) even brought in a Lego MRI machine to show my son how the procedure would take place so he wouldn't be scared. Awesome! The MRI staff made the procedure a sinch as well. My son was able to watch a movie during the procedure and had no issues. I truly trust this hospital. When there is a problem and I need thorough medical care for my son, I don't hesitate. I go to Nemours.

Post partum lasts much longer than 4 weeks. Completely incompetent staff.
Every time I come I end up waiting more then 3 hours to see a doctor let alone a nurse.
Dr Passi is an amazing pulmonologist. When my son began to see Dr Passi 5 years ago he has not been hospitalized or had any visits to a urgent care! I can not thank her enough for allowing us to be able to spend… Birthdays and holidays at home for the last 5 plus years.my son is an incredible athlete now and it has been a blessing having Dr Passi apart of his CARE TEAM.

My daughter had to spend about 2 days in the CICU right after being born. This was the most terrifying 2 days of my life but the staff in the CICU especially our nurse Emily made this experience a little less scary. She… ensured I was taken care of. Ensured I ate and had everything I needed to feed my baby since I only wanted to breastfeed. I couldn’t have made it through this experience without her. She advocated for us and made sure every question we had was answered. All of the nurses, doctors, and other staff were absolutely amazing and really helped us get through these difficult days, and took great care of my daughter. I will never be able to say the words to thank them enough or express my gratitude!
