Untrained and Unprofessional staff. Counselors. are not attentive. The help there is very stoic and very clinical. They. Do. not care about the Clients., Breakfast is substandard human food. Same thing with lunch. It's… an insurance cash grab. They care about the money that comes in through the insurances of the clients or patients. Most of the groups and activities there are redundant. and repetitious daily. The people there are uncomfortable with the way things are run. But they do not have any say so in changing anything. Even the transportation to pick clients up in the morning is awful they are rarely punctual and lie about their closeness to the clients home. It's a poorly run facility with poorly background checked employees in a rundown building which houses certain pests which travel to and from the program to individuals homes. Clients needs are rarely met.
I don't know who runs this place I will be posting on all social media about my cousin Christina who is blind keeps telling me about a counselor bullying here won't let her talk when it's her turn to talk in the group… etc my family is so upset I will also be contacting senator Cory Booker who's a good friend I'm so upset this the second time and it's the last time
