New Horizons Community MH Ctr – Miami Detox and Rehab Services

Recorded services at New Horizons Community MH Ctr – Miami are intensive outpatient and outpatient care. Sessions follow a set timetable while people keep living at home. The right level of care is a clinical judgement rather than a preference, and an assessment should produce a defined answer.

Only one side is on record here, so ask directly if both are needed. Approved medication is paired with counseling and regular review. It is worth asking how many hours a week the program runs, because that decides whether it fits around everything else.

New horizons was a very helpful place!…. Until they put the receptionist currently attending the phone. Not only is she rude, she speaks over you after she’s asked you a question and then says “ I’m not “Susie”I can’t… help you “ and hangs up on you. She needs to be formally trained to listen to what patient are saying before responding! The receptionist that works in the afternoon. I called @ 1:50Pm 08/27/26 and she lacks home training. New Horizons please do better

Sherria and Elda are the most helpful people ive come across in awhile. Made me feel comfortable to actually talk about how i feel whilst proving beneficial solutions and kept me safe. Sherria Went above and beyond and… can tell they both genuinely care about the people that come across the living room. Im truly grateful to have been blessed with such Angels in the flesh. Thankyou Sherria and Elda for your kindness and grace. Sherria may you be rewarded and recognised For the outstanding work that you do!

The receptionist I’m very very nice. They have excellent customer service and the doctors are very very nice and concerned about the kids at their facility and they offer medication at a reasonable price.
