About New Season Franklin Treatment Ctr – Franklin
New Season Franklin Treatment Ctr operates from 880 Central Street in Franklin. The site sits in Merrimack County, which shapes which public funding routes apply. Nearby communities include Bristol. New Hampshire draws people across long distances for treatment, so travel time is worth weighing against waiting time.
Intensive outpatient and outpatient care are delivered here, alongside medication-assisted treatment and an opioid treatment program. Which level fits depends on the assessment rather than on what is available, so the useful first question is what that assessment involves. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

Treatment Services at New Season Franklin Treatment Ctr
Intensive outpatient and outpatient care run to a set weekly schedule, with evenings and weekends spent at home. That suits people holding down work or caring responsibilities, though it asks more of someone managing early recovery alone. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.
Buprenorphine and methadone are available and paired with counseling rather than prescribed alone. Ask what happens at the end of the program as well as the beginning, since that is where plans usually thin out. Ask what the assessment involves before you commit.

New Season Franklin Treatment Ctr Reviews and Ratings
New Season Franklin Treatment Ctr in Franklin can be understood partly through its license and accreditation, and partly through what patients say. Read their reviews here, and leave one if you have been in treatment at the facility.
The place is not what it is cut out to be. Everyday is a fight to get your dose. If you have a job they don't care you will lose it. I have lost two jobs and have been told if I don't like it I could go and use . Was… told by a worker.. everything you do to help yourself try to stay clean will be for nothing. You end up leaving feel like just giving up. They don't help just give you a number to get money .
Its been nothing but issues every time i go. Either the safe cant be opened meaning everyone needs to travel 20 mins to another facility, only 1 nurse and i have to wait hr+ to get in and get out, if you are asked to… provide a sample and theres people in front of you then u cant provide and be on your way because only 1 person at a time. How can anyone feel good about coming here and work at tbe same time to privide yourself with a successful living? You can if you make sure that you have an 1hr extra in case something happens to where you are not late for work. Its absurd. The place is kind enviornment but theresso many issues persist and keep happening weekly and it absolutely degrades recovery for any person serious about being in treatment. Its seems really quiteeasy to fox these issues but ive deduced it to priorities and priorities are based on how much a person or entity cares about said topic or event. One feedback for whomever leaves the comments for these reviews is that why keep lleaving the same generic responses over and overand over for each review? I understand that you really cant address the reviews and criticism but you can do is rather than copy and paste maybe find a different response bexause it comes off as lazy and uninterested.
To begin, Erin and I credit the people who we have so heavily relied on for guidance and treatment...with not only our lives, but our relationship, which thrives and grows every day because of them. In the 6 months we… have attended treatment here, we have experienced dedicated, hardworking individuals who make this place not a career for them, but more of a growing and thriving family. When we arrived, Sara Lee was not only our counselor, but also the acting director due to the position needing to be filled. She managed it not only well, but with a smile and we were always helped and guided in any areas we needed. We absolutely LOVE her. This place has unfortunately been shortstaffed from the beginning and tho they reach out for help through emails, they nearly never get it, and never in a timely fashion. The nurses are also very shortstaffed and we see the same ones there almost every day as they are devoted to us getting better and really care about how we feel. Also, the front desk is overloaded with patients constantly asking questions, or trying to check in, as Jen tries to not only help them...but also is in charge of urine drug tests for numerous patients who must be screened before dosing. She tries very hard to keep everyone happy ,but sadly...many days we see her eyes well up with tears as she's yelled at by a frustrated patient. She so many times personalizes these lash outs even though she just really shouldn't be bogged down with so many tasks. In the last month, things have really gone downhill and are starting to reach a breaking point. A new director has been hired and you don't see much of her really...unless of course you owe a balance as it seems that is her focus. As everyone else is rushing around, she is comfortably seated at her desk ...in her office, and the door remains closed. We have never been formally introduced nor has she ever offered a friendly smile in passing. The computer systems that run the dosing program don't work properly and it is very time consuming for the nurses to get through a very long line of patients. Today...we checked in on the app and waited until we could go in to dose...about 30 mins, usually it's about 45 to an hr now...when we got to the door, the front desk woman, Jen told us to get in line today, the app couldn't be used...because she forgot her badge and she was having a bad day...oh well, sorry!!! So then we had to wait in a very frustrated line of sick individuals fighting with eachother for 30 more minutes in order to dose. Then of course, like many others we have an hr drive home. At least today is Sunday and Erin had the day off. Usually now...because of all tthis chaos and waiting, we have to get up at 3am and be on the road no later than 430 . We arrive at 530 and at wait sometimes hours, if one of us has a drug screen because we can't check in and end up last in line to dose as countless others check check in while we wait to test. We have until 7 pm, then we must leave to get erin to his job in concord on time. So far we have both been able to dose and get to his job ok but the daily stress takes quite a toll on my nervous system and ive left crying a few times. So, i cant rate this place with stars, I know the ppl who are constantly there to help us and i know what the problems for those ppl are and all we can hope and pray...is that things change and help is given to the staff...before it becomes a matter of someones Life or untimely Death. For some of us, fighting for ourselves is all we can do...we cant fight for New Seasons to be our calm place too...
Mean.
Do NOT go here!!! It's a scam for your money and they will get you on methadone all to just screw you over and make you go sick. If i could give no stars I would...
I Called New Season & they got me in the very next morning for a intake & my first dosage. Ladd the program director was who I dealt with & he is always very caring , easy to talk to & understands & genuinely cares… about how you’re doing. Ladd has helped me with the whole process from getting into New Season to setting up the check in app on my phone they use & also giving me a very big help setting up insurance… The nurses and my counselor Greg have been great also! I’ve had 0 issues & the only thing I would change is the take home policy to include auto take homes on the weekend & snow day take homes… Other than that very GREAT PLACE!
THE CLINIC HAS NO AUTOMATIC WEEKEND TAKE HOMES FOR PEOPLE THAT BEEN THERE FOR 4 YRS AND NO SNOW DAYS SO IF U GET 5 FEET OF SNOW THAT'S ON YOU, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD CARE ABOUT THEIR OWN PERSONNEL NOPE. WE NEED SNOW… DAYS. ITS JUST GOING EVERYDAY DEALING WITH EVERYTHING AND U DON'T EVEN GET 1 DAY OFF + IF LAD DON'T LIKE U HE TAKES UR BOTTLES HE WILL GO IN YOUR CHART AND SCREW EVERYTHING UP.
Great place everyone here caring and great
Does this place offer liquid methadone or the pills? Considering coming here but want to know the type of methadone they use, can someone please tell me?
Great place great staff
I have been coming to this clinic for a couple months now. The weekends making it between 6am to 8am can be very hard for me because of my job. But other weekend days after 8am if there was still a line whoever was… working check in would let them get at the back of the line. I walked in 8:04 after someone walking out and there was still a good half a dozen or more people. I think Dan was the guy working the check in window, which I haven't scene often. Most other staff that I have scene or witnessed on the phone with a patient who hiwas going to be late as.long as wasn't all the time would give them a chance to get there and they would dose them. I was 4 minutes after 8, like I said there was still a line but he refused to let me stay. 804am I walked in. I honestly couldn't believe his action and reaction. He obviously doesn't understand or he just doesn't care. So thanks a lot Dan, hope your feeling good about yourself.
My wife goes to this clinic. First off, she had an opiate problem for a fee months a few years ago, she didn't know what to do and was directed to the Manchester New Seasons, I guess it was Metro then before the law… suits for over dosing, they proceeded to tell her she needed to keep going up instead of tapering her down for a week or so. The Franklin clinic is completely unethical, my wife was tapering down but they gave her a VERY hard time about doing it, my wife asked for counseling for months, the director, Ladd, was supposed to be her counselor while they were trying to hire another, meanwhile they were charging her insurance. A nurse was open carrying a pistol, I brought up issues to the dire tor, Ladd, so he now takes it out on my wife who is now pregnant and had to go back up in dosage temporarily, Ladd took her take home prescription away after a counselor violated confidentiality laws and spoke to another client about my wife, this person was angry with my wife and I because we wouldn't speak to her anymore because she is messing up badly. So now because Ladd has a God complex and does not like any criticism he's making my wife go there every day. Her OBGYN looked at her records and stated they have never seen anyone do so well on methadone, so there is obviously an issue here. Ladd refuses to give the name and number for his boss so I'm going to have to find it myself through the maze of misdirection from NewSeasons
The staff are very rude and the place is not clean at all. Also I thought they where there to help people but instead they dont help you they either drug you up way to much or not enough
Everyone that works there are amazing awesome people. They are nothing like all the other clinics
I guess dose this last week and the staff that I met was very respectable made me feel welcomed and I definitely would go back to guess dose there again if I am in the area....
The whole staff is amazing. You are greated everyday by ppl that love and care for you. From the receptionist, counselors, and Doc/nursing staff all the way to the director. They all care. I drive a long distance to go… to this clinic. The doctor is an actual methadone doctor. Not a LNP. He knows and understands addiction. The counselors have a brain in their heads. They know what they're nurses help so much. The counselors help you better yourself. As long as you want to do good. They will always be there for you. Even if you fail.
I guest dosed at this clinic and the staff was so welcoming and friendly! They were also quick and efficient with getting me in and out. The weekend hours are going to be an adjustment as they're only open 6-8am but… they made sure I was aware and recommended I come close to 7am. So far it's been a great experience at New Seasons!
I guest dosed here for 4 days They had me in and out. Very nice and didn't have me waiting in a line for 2 hours like my clinic at home in FL, their definitely more easier to talk to as well.
Everyone is Amazing here! I was a guest here for 6 weeks & every single staff member was professional but above all they treated me with high respect & kindness above & beyond! Happy New Year to u all
Entire Staff here is AMAZING!
This place has been amazing and really helped me along my path
